I think for many is self awareness, which usually comes from introversion. You're get mired not only with your own thoughts but you also get a third person thought structure from any interaction, specially a romantic one, .. perceived thought structures heavily loaded with your own biases and neurosis.

I have been on this sub too much lately , but that stops now. Stirring up shit is your description . I am not a multi billionaire and I am not 52 . It's fine. Doesn't matter.Goodbye✌️

I feel you , you're calling out the hypocrisy. I'll cop up to some hypocrisy but not the hate , it's just not my nature , ✌️

Not much of a gambler myself, but I bet you get to enjoy the sweetest most fulfilling sex when you want it and how you want it, hard and breathless when you want it , soft and slow when you need it , real Goldilocks because you set up boundaries and you didn't settle or compromise ,,,, you have my vote 👍.... and never is a very pointed word.

Only because NOT getting sex is invalidating in the first place....and hmm, scrote is as scrote does?

I'm sorry, I meant to say the CC carousel of course.
/r/PurplePillDebate04/08/21 11:28 PM

I see , ok sure.... I don't want to be pedantic , and I'm sure you're not doing it on purpose , but you're both implying that is what women do and what guys wish they could do.... I think what you're trying to get across is that guys are failing because they're not manning up , which ok,fair play, but I caution you , you'll just get the Dormammu treatment.
/r/PurplePillDebate04/08/21 11:25 PM

Interesting thought , "treated like women" is a nice dig , implicitly establishes dominance , implies homosexuality and performance issues on those who don't take a step back and of course the civilians love it , but how does that work in practice? Are you saying guys want to be courted ? That they want women to make the first move (bumble)??
/r/PurplePillDebate04/08/21 11:05 PM

As one of the lost causes that genuinely and truly wishes not just better outcomes for young people, but fulfilling romantic lives I really, really wish we do better than personal anecdotal evidence that proves what? Ralph Maccio was invisible to you until he wasn't? What if you were taping down next to David Faustino? How would he be reminiscing about the good ol'days right now? Smh, I'm not saying nice people don't have wonderful experiences , they do and they should , I'm saying that's just n…

The rules for what exactly? Access to sex? The rules on the sex act itself? The rules on wether sex is even an option? Or "the rules of dating"?

I think marriage should be decoupled from the religious component as much as possible to make an overhaul of the whole system as smooth and painless as possible. I think the blanket push of lifelong vows on people is unproductive today. Maybe, marriage should be customizable and adaptive to the changing conditions and preferences of the people willing to enter into the contract. And maybe vows can be renewed or cancelled in shorter time frames.... young and unsure? Maybe sign up for a 5year cont…

Yeah, beating up on your own straw man is very interesting , but nothing to do with the point of empathy. {I have empathy only for those individual men on a case-by-case basis who I think deserve it.} ^ This isn't it... this is evaluation and judgement , which is fine, and more honest.

I feel exactly the same , except about the poor....Ahh , the good ol' days , when "good" people were poor , not like these scummy dirty homeless jerks we ignore today.

Sort of like believing only the 'right' battered women deserve empathy right? Sure, that's exactly what empathy means.

Women terribly misunderstand what "to be a man" means holistically..... From what I've read , ALL human embryos start out as female , and not until 6-12 weeks does the Y chromosome start the change , and so after this point men have but ONE purpose , and that of course is to diverge and distinguish themselves from their female counterpart. And so , as women have successfully transitioned away from their traditional gender dynamics and moved into male spaces , the men (who's only job is to not be…
/r/PurplePillDebate01/08/21 11:05 AM

Sure , people celebrate bachelor's like George Clooney or Bill Murray , regular guys get treated more like.... like.... an overweight woman with a "pretty face" , people feel somehow consistently encouraged to opine about your personal life and your romantic prospects before time runs out.

I think gender roles, as imperfect and limiting as they are, serve the thankless job of providing stability and reliability in an otherwise chaotic subject....no different than well delineated job titles and descriptions in a well functioning system , like say , NASA, or a professional kitchen. People in modern western democracies forget that traditional patriarchal societies don't exist in a vacuum, there is always also a well established matriarchal power sharing component in place. Sure it is…

"Life isn't fair" is the go-to dismissive response people make to issues that they don't care about or don't want to solve. Because it's an uncontroversial true statement . However, context is very important. I assume by "people" you mean middle class, and I'm sure they don't hate the rich any more or less than they hate the poor... I'm sure however they resent the arbitrary conditions that created either extreme , I know I do. Jeff Bezos is objectively behaving like just any other middle aged d…

Although at the end your point was well and acceptable , the way you got there seems a bit jumbled and straining under presumed assumptions about men and their motivations... 1- there are more than one reason guys might mock these women , think a fat schlubby dude wearing a "no fat chicks" t-shirt...2- sexual harassers are can become specialists , and your friend sounds naive due to her lack of experience and probably modest and sweet disposition.... 3- putting aside the standard position of pro…

And now women know the aftertaste programing like The View or The Bachelor/Bachelorette usually has on many guys.... I've always thought of overtly narrow targeted media like the real life version of that old Applejack's cereal tv ad , where the cool young kids in the know roll their eyes at the uncouth parents that don't get it , you know , cause lame O's don't get it man!

Same , spent my teenage years raised by my elderly grandparents, and so had to learn to do my own laundry, and cook , started working at 16.when I was on my own and living with roommates I did notice that most of the other dudes were basically man children adrift with anything to do with housekeeping including my younger brothers ,who leaned on me. I realize I'm in the minority but, I've got to point out that young boys can't learn what they're not taught and for the most part, they are raised b…

Nah , I'm 51, and at my age I've seen all these gurus come and go,( yes, even Oprah for the womens) They're always all Billy Badass when they insulate themselves in their home turf and play by their private rules (rules they change at their convenience) but as soon as they come out in the open and in-depth qualified scrutiny gets applied to their views and theories they fall apart... or they become gameshow hosts like Steve Harvey. I've always wondered how the sexes act like each operates and evolves independently off each other, like separate countries with delineated borders, and then somehow negotiate business and peace agreements, you know, and that's how babies are made....The truth is that we are literally the same, same motivations , same outcomes..... and I think collective choices in mates directly affect the quality and make up of said mates .... Sort of how after years and years of hunters and fisherman taking o…

I think this is a perfect example of how we all labor under the burden of the narrative that our narrow perception encourages. I don't have to read the whole thread to predict that a good number of men will point out how unfair and lacking this view of interpersonal relationships between the sexes break down. Basically , men are hammers and therefore all they notice around them is nails . And the same goes for us men , believing all women are sex crazed/frigid golddiggers that warship that one g…

Kid rock used to tell a joke that went something like "When a guys best friend shows up with a beautiful , sweet attractive girl by his side, his friends go 'damn, I'm going to get me a girl just like that'... but when a girl shows up with a handsome, attractive, successful guy by his side her friends will go. " Damn , I want HIM.""

Although your query comes of as a self serving ,straw man filled rant, I believe most here can see the looming problem of birth rates below replacement levels as a real challenge to the economic and social well being of not only this country but the world in general going forward .... also, the people in these forums are basically self segregating on the topic , it's called "Purple Pill Debate" not "Female Dating Strategy" or " Eyebleach".

What they're talking about is dehumanization of people trough distance and the pyramid shaped power hierarchy that gives us few billionaires , many of us 'enough to live comfortably' folks and millions upon millions of forgotten and ignored that live and die in abject poverty.

Although your critique is valid on the surface, it also misses the point of acceptance and inclusion , of the power balance between a majority towards a minority..... to many of us on group A dating is not fun. period full stop.Forcing a square peg into a round hole is not only possible but expected but it will never be anything else but a forced fit. Like forcing ADHD kids or extroverted jocks sit and read quietly for hours...it can be done , it's good for them , mature well adjusted people can…

Firmly belonging to group A myself I caution judging to harshly behaviors we don't identify with.....in spite of our own peculiarities,at the end of the day we're all looking for the same thing , to be acknowledged , accepted and loved , but if we're going to have an adult conversation about it perhaps we should primarily critique ourselves and our behavior. For example group A is more likely than not to be mostly introverts and so we're more likely to labor under specific self sabotaging behavio…
/r/PurplePillDebate14/07/21 02:25 PM

I hear you brother... perhaps ' bottomless void' is a bit too emo or whatever 😂🤷‍♂️ it's easy to judge our younger shallower selves from the comfortable perch of 'maturity' and maturity really means that the longer we live the wider our perspective , the more clearer the patterns of life come into our awareness.
/r/PurplePillDebate13/07/21 06:30 PM

I think us guys should be honest with ourselves and accept that any vice, by it's very nature is harmful not only to us but to the people around us that need of our time and attention and at it's core is just a coping mechanism , usually a cheap and easy distraction that attempts to fill that bottomless void inside. But it isn't the only vice, and just because women don't partake on these particular ones of porn and or videogames in significant numbers doesn't mean that they don't have their own…

If we still lived in small hunter gatherer groups this would absolutely work, the problem is that in large scale societies there needs to be order which begets an institutional infrastructures . These institutions were rightfully dismantled by the sexual and social revolutions , even today with no alternate replacement to fill in, so today people are floating rudderless in increasingly uneasy waters .....we need to create new social infrastructures that naturally bring people together even in sp…

/r/PurplePillDebate12/07/21 08:59 PM

That has always been the male mating strategy , you get conditioned to spam the opposite sex in order to score a wife or girlfriend and when it does happen , then your supposed to end this behavior cold turkey once you reach your goal of 'the one' .... the question young people are asking themselves is " all this and for what?" cost benefit calculation....I think the current sexlessness situation has more than one or two causes.

And the fact that a well fitted suit is a blatant status symbol is just a coincidence I suppose huh?

I think both men and women misunderstand what we find attractive to each other... personally I've felt infatuations to a variety people for a variety of reasons, from their hair, their skin complexion to even their voice... when I was younger, I had a crush on a girl that was a bit over weight and nothing special but she had the sexiest voice, I still remember it 30 years later... can only imagine what women find sexy in general but I don't believe it's so terribly different but what do I know.

Why is it that when girls and immature women use fantasy and hyperbole to express their feelings (drinking boy tears, dolls kill, kill all men etc.) it is deemed cutesy and harmless , but if boys or immature men do it, we must psycho analyze the evil out of them.

This makes me think of Gulliver's Travels in that it's a matter of perspective. But really a better analogy is the economic argument , but on a global scale. So the "normies" are liberal democracies and autocracies that benefit and gain from the status quo , have historically benefited and gained and will likely benefit and gain from established systems .
