1	Target groups, subcultures, and finding your niche Prog Rock/Metaler and gigantic nerd here (primarily of the trading card and tabletop RPG persuasion). Not generally good places to meet women (the ones who are there are 99.9% of the time with their boyfriends). I also don't really find myself terribly attracted to very many women, greatly preferring to find somebody akin to myself.
