1	Need child support advice. The courts will nail you to the wall no matter what the two of you make. My current husband has to pay more than 50% of his current income, and the courts ordered it when he had not had a job for over a year before the divorce due to on the job injuries. In short, the state of Wisconsin does not abide by there own laws ((low income guidelines they never use and standard support calculation sheet)) and they do not care if you (the father) can survive after they nail you for child support. 4	Just another deadbeat dad oh yes they have forms and when the judge gets tired of seeing you he will threaten to toss you the father in jail for bringing things to court and never address her. See in some states the woman is always right simply because she gave birth - sad but true. 2	Need help with child custody in Texas Since I am not a lawyer I cannot answer that one :( But with the no restrictions part already being in there I don't know that you could take it back now. And I am really sorry to hear that it is there. My only advice is to look for an attorney - call legal aid and talk to them even. 5	Need help with child custody in Texas I am not an attorney! It all depends on what your legal rights are and who has the right to decide where the child lives. When my x and I split I had to specify within the divorce decree that I had the legal right to decide where our child lives without regard to his opinion. In other words I can move any where in the world with our child and he has no say in the matter. 3	It's stuff like this that makes me sick It is sick that this happens and it happens more often than not. I have seen men get treated like this a great deal and it is not just with rape. It is with Rape, Domestic Violence, Child abuse (particularly if it is a teen male being abused), and by the police and or court officials when it comes to gaining rights to their children. 7	It's shit like this. Was at a bar last night & a friend (girl) got drunk and kept groping me until I finally just left. I tried to tell another friend (girl) about it.
