There is also the fact nothing from a legal standpoint happened to her. She barely took a hit in Hollywood, this is on society though. AS an adult male I feel girls mature sooner than boys, but their peek is lower. I am 38 now and feel there isn't too much of a difference between a 35 year old woman and a 25 year old. But I feel most guys are significantly more mature at 35 than they were at 25. But there is no doubt we can be fucking morons early on.
