It's a pretty standard precedure, the skin isn't ripped off. The parents are the ones who give consent for their child. Fathers have had it done and survive and most dudes I know prefer to be circumcised and have said they would hate to have a foreskin. And they all still have feeling in their dick, myself included. Same conditions here in Michigan that week. We got to -2 °F as well. My power didn't go out. My pipes didn't freeze. Though that's because the utility companies spend the extra money to weather proof the power grid. I'm guessing it's also just a coincidence that Republicans were at fault with Flint, Michigan's water crisis. I never want to here another Republican say they are pro life.
