I just want to add the absurdity of the argument over male dominance when I’ve had several female supervisors in the workplace who are absolutely in power and dominate the work landscape - the ratio of staff is easily 50/50 and reflected in senior management. To state that men’s inequalities are problems caused by ‘the patriarchy’ is fairly absurd.
