Im not an insomniac, but as for ADHD I have no idea, the pediatrician never said anything but who knows? I'll try to get more proteins though and I do take a vitamin c and d supplement, but I'll be taking those regularly from now on.

In the summer I did actually sign up for the gym, I got a pretty good deal for the gym I go to, free weights, great view, and the works. I try to go at least once a week , I follow the 5x5 routine. I haven't done much dieting though I mostly eat whatever.

Its nice to see TRP attracts guys like me as well, one of the few good things I did over summer break is get a job and hit the gym so I got the stepping stones for getting shredded and gettin stacks, thanks man.

I understand and embrace the freedom now that I've swallowed, and I'm actively working to better myself so that I can remain unshackled in the future. Ever since swallowing I feel that striving towards the Beta lifestyle (wife, kids, job, etc) is useless now, and like the guy in the article I feel a little lost. How exactly does one find a goal or a dream to work for? I'm a 17 year old homeschooled male, and a lot of times I just sit and read 4chan or play video games. My grades are ok-ish but thats really all I work on. The only good things I do for myself is, apply for a few part time jobs and go out to the gym once a week (they have 1 day a week when it's free.)
