Trauma work is literally key, didn't discover it till last year but I've seen pretty rapid improvement over the last year compared to where I was at before. It allows you to process all the beliefs you have about yourself not being good enough, a scammer, people don't want to talk to you, etc etc. Makes game a lot easier. Heck yes my g! Understand that some girls have different timelines for when they're ready for more. Also might have to do with if you were talking to other people at the local Wendy's and had some social proof. If you want, take her out. If not, don't. If your someone who hasn't hungout with too many girls (I have no actual idea if you have or haven't) take her out just for the experience and a fun night for both of you. I've seen this happen in cycles where sometimes you'll just really NEED to "get" her while other times you'll just be having fun and all of a sudden girls will just want to talk to you and flirt with you.
