| 1 | Intersectionality is terrible in practice, but the theory its based on isnt badI agree that a lot of the caring jobs are female dominated (I'm in one, I'm a nurse) but they are definitely valuable, I'd argue just as valuable as a plumber or tech worker. Unfortunately, one care worker simply can't look after more than a certain number of people - nurses usually have a ratio of 4 or 6 to one nurse, and that's the limit. Tech workers on the other hand, can easily serve several clients and can more easily scale their work output.
