Your confidence is in the gutter right now, find some hobbies, join some clubs, keep working out and eating healthy, and do things that you enjoy. Talk to a counselor if you need to but once you boost your confidence back up the rest will come. | /r/seduction | 03/03/20 03:21 AM |

| 2 | [FR] Local bar. Learned a Lesson, never say "you're beautiful" to a womanWhat the... lol. Yeah don't do that. A better approach would have been complementing her on her tattoos and asking about them. Laugh it off and keep at it. | /r/seduction | 17/02/20 07:07 PM |

| 2 | Okay folks, we need a thread on not getting quickly attachedThis doesn't work for everyone. Personally I get super exhausted and worked up when I've tried that in the past. I also begin mixing up interactions between people and makes things ugly. | /r/seduction | 16/02/20 09:12 PM |
| 4 | Okay folks, we need a thread on not getting quickly attachedYup, had my heart broken pretty bad once and ever since then I've been pretty level headed in my relationships and actions. | /r/seduction | 16/02/20 09:11 PM |
| 8 | Okay folks, we need a thread on not getting quickly attachedKeep yourself busy with hobbies, things you enjoy, taking care of your body and mind, and hanging out with friends. Also a personal anecdote and I feel like this is a shitty thing to say but I feel like every person needs to go through some bad heartbreak at least once in their lives. It's really eye opening and grows you as a person. Obviously don't actively look for heartbreak because that would be stupid. | /r/seduction | 16/02/20 09:10 PM |
| 2 | Need Help with Success - Social AnxietyThis is going to sound like some "thanks I'm cured" type shit but it really just comes down to practicing conversation and that doesn't happen unless you are proactive about it. It's scary and difficult I know but it's what you have to do. Talk to everyone in your vicinity even just a "Hey, how's your day going" and just ask questions, make jokes, and let the conversation flow without overthinking it.
