Having money is not masculine. Men have had more access to money simply because they have been the ones in charge for most of our “civilized” history. Women also only seeking men who make more money are as toxic as men who evaluate women by their age and fertility.

Growing up in a household of 3 men and 6 women Feminism was always explained as women wanting equality with men. Same rights, opportunities, and fundamental respect. Never have I been subjected to a lecture on feminism and never have I been belittled because I am a man by a feminist. I am sure there are misandrists in the feminist movement. Just as there are misogynists among men. Both misandrists and misogynists should be called out.
