So if you have your shit together, cultivate a good style, work out hard etc, you will be that much superior to others your own age. Honestly, you do this at any age and you're good. I used to be a fat cheeto-eating piece of shit at 21. I've done one cut (as in bodybuilding cut cycle) and I'm already above at least 75% of guys. After one more bulk and cut I expect to be above 95% of them. People just don't fucking take care of themselves
