1	Any of you guys do TRT? Has it changed your game, confidence? This. It’s true. I started a weight lifting regimen (not tracking caloric intake like an idiot but only thinking I was eating enough). Didn’t gain a cent after 21 straight weeks of weights, 6 days per week. But on the flip side, who has the fucking time to eat like this? 4	Why “nice guys finish last” This post stresses me out and I'm sure it stresses others out as well. Society rewards those who are not anxiety or depression prone. I get that and I get that it's a competition like we're in the wild and nothing will change from that. This all Just sounds like work vs something fun to do. Maybe because I'm mid 30s now. 2	Have you ever seen a girl who is very attractive and you get all anxious and standoffish towards her? Even though you would love to get with her? I had a situation like this happen just a few nights ago. My friend's newly met girl toy wanted to play wing woman, introduced me to this girl. I froze, they got up and left the smoking area. Found out she was actually taken about an hour later then see her run off with these two meth heads with face tattoos. Where is the value?
