1	For those that still date... Yeah well for me, It was a slight ache that came and went, coming from my right test, I went into the shower to check. And Actually it wasn't my balls aching at all. It was my vas in the spot with the bump, and a bump on the vas is a sperm granuloma which in itself doesn't = pain. They are common to develop post vasectomy due to the nature of the surgery. 2	For those that still date... Only part that sucks of course is the numbing shots. But the procedure is painless apart from a tugging feeling when they pull the vas out. I'd do it again. After took around 4 weeks to feel normal again. I got mine back in December and as I type this I feel normal like I never got it.
