1	I'm so insecure about my lack of relationships and experience that it sabotages me from getting any I agree with everything you said, but be very careful about what kind of psychologist you get! There is a massive difference between a great one and a good one, and an even bigger difference between a good one and an average one. Make sure you look them up, what books have they written, what kind of people have they helped, what's their success rate? Are you allowed to meet someone of these people. If you had a good connection with a girl, and you started seriously imagining a life with her, would you move on if she suddenly, out of no where didn't answer for 2 weeks and then when she got back texted the following: "Decided to leave my phone at home to completely focus on the vacation. Missed you!
