Enjoy your freedom fellow young blood. I'm 22 now and gained redpill knowledge when I was 18ish and have been monk for the past almost 3 years. I can only imagine finding out about it at 16, would have spared me from some rough situations but I digress. I'd rather live in a world of truth than lies, no matter the age I arrive there.

https://www.cbsnews.com/news/obesity-rates-now-top-35-percent-in-7-states/ check this Stat out. Now there's 7 states with 35 percent of their population at obesity. Zoom out a bit and there's probably around 60-70 percent overweight in those states. At what point is enough enough man lol.

I agree. Also most boomers don't realize that they inherited practically the best economy known to modern history, reaped all the benefits and still are while its continuing to go to shit. Then they wonder why people aren't buying homes and are living paycheck to paycheck. Next couple of years will be interesting considering some high profile financial advisors predict a recession mid 2019ish (although that's not a definite)

Damn man this is a post that could have been written by myself. I too went from overweight (~215 at 16 yo) to a solid, fit body type after 4 long years of working out and nutrition research.
