Well my dude, the topic here is not about being more attractive or getting more dates, but about improving your self-esteem first. I strongly recommend that you go to psychological therapy, since it seems that this lack of self-esteem is the origin of your problems. Think of it like a dam on a river: Get rid of it and it will flow on its own.

Dude, if you're a nice guy is because you truly are nice, not because you want to bang girls. Yeah, it sucks they may not value you or ignore you, but at the end of the day you can only continue being yourself. I mean, maybe if you change yourself you could get laid, but thats a victory?

Man i only read the title and i dont care about the context: DONT DO IT. Its all, that guy/girl (i dunno) its just a bitch and you need that kind of people out of your life. If you get back, you only are going to suffer... and this time would be your fault. I mean, you have not the fault of being cheated FIRST TIME, but now you know what this person can do (and already do it). Yeah people changes, but you are not the guy to prove that fact.
