If you’re retracting your scapula and getting your upper back tight, your left side could be loosening up before you unrack. This would cause you to feel it more in your shoulders than your chest. You may already be doing these but you can use it as a sanity check. For what it’s worth, I’m 5’10 and weight 190 and past 1 RM is 250lbs for bench (which still isn’t that good imo).
