I do moisturize, twice daily, in fact and the 50ml bottle will last me months. Same goes for the cleanser I use. Both are around $50/each, but last me about six months. You're spending more than me for less (TH is 22ml/bottle) and not likely getting a better product. (The ingredients in TH aren't anything spectacular.) But whatever works for you. I just prefer to spend my money elsewhere.

Do you recommend a lufa in order to exfoliate better? Lufa and other abrasives will only irritate your skin. If you want to exfoliate, use a chemical. See: /r/SkincareAddiction Do you recommend any back shaver device to reach back there? Do you want to deal with ingrown hairs and stubble? If you're Jew hairy, as in white boy with black hair, try this if you want to get rid of hair: https://www.amazon.com/Silkn-Flash-Hair-Removal-Device/dp/B00HX27AM4/ref=sr_1_1_a_it?ie=UTF8&qid=1492571448 What do…

$25/month for skin care? You're kidding, right? 50ml of moisturizer will last me months.

YogaX or StretchX. YogaX is hard and it took me months/year to be able to complete the entire 1.5hrs doing all the moves and without stopping.

I can agree with that. From my understanding, the alimony laws were created because the woman would be a stay at home mother and once divorced would have a difficult time entering the job market because she spent her educational years rearing a family. That's no longer the case today and so the laws need to be updated.

You'll need to fix your form before going heavier. You can ask at the gym for a second opinion. I've found these channels helpful, maybe you will too: https://www.youtube.com/user/OmarIsuf/videos https://www.youtube.com/user/athrall7/videos https://www.youtube.com/user/GoEliteSC/videos After I did SL5x5, I moved to 3/2/1 but disregarded the deload and recommended weight percentages because that's how I roll. https://www.t-nation.com/workouts/531-how-to-build-pure-strength You need to fix your ba…

I haven't read 50 Shades, but I've read Bared to You (don't ask) which is also written by a woman. It's very obvious in Bared to You that you're reading the author's fantasy which automatically gives consent which means it's not rape. I think this is something a lot of women want but it's difficult for them to articulate, that she doesn't want a random guy to have rough sex with her, but one that she chooses. The amount of broken homes may play into the amount of women who want rough sex. Too ba…

I know a 5'8 balding man that looks fat (though he's just very muscular and broad) that makes the ladies swoon. His day game is spot on and has no problem with getting respect from either gender. He is confident, respectful, dresses well and does the old fashion gentlemanly things like open doors and pull out chairs for the women. No one really cares what you look like, just how you make them feel.

Hypergamy is seen through all species and is necessary. If females didn't choose the best suitor, then their species would die out. The issue with humans is that we have laws and those laws allow women to upgrade with fewer penalties. (Examples: child custody laws favour women, alimony favours women.) If you haven't watched or know about him, Turd Flinging Monkey on YouTube goes in depth about this. His latest video can be seen here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=f3dw76DR-9Q

Thank you. Trying to find more information, all I could find that is sigma males are lone wolves and not bothered by what others think. Is this the same for females?

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
