Yes, you literally did. Majority? Which means minority support them. I am guessing that I am one of them. I support those family values that not just don’t discriminate against men but also see men as very valuable and celebrate men and see masculinity as good and necessary. That’s how I want to live my life. Yes, we as men must fight discrimination against men by anyone. You are free to choose whatever you want as long as you don’t infringe on rights of other men. I am requesting you to stop di…

I am very concerned. I don’t express any opinions, I don’t argue, and I stay away from and female. I do my job and get out asap. Nothing personal - no friends, no relationships.

I support this. Men have duties and responsibilities. Women have duties and responsibilities. This is how it was since the beginning of time. The issue is feminism that tells women to abandon their duties? I don’t believe in the “equality” bs that feminists push. Do we want to create a men’s version of feminism to resolve it? If you are lucky enough to have a girlfriend/wife and kids and someone is attacking your family, would you start arguing with your gf/wife about who should defend the famil…

I agree that its low likelihood of that happening. My point is that there a chance of that happening. Better be safe Germany is very different from US. Feminists here are much more radical. We see false(?) allegations against men very often … Judge Kavanaugh, Johnny Depp, Tiger Woods, … There was a serious consideration by some feminist mayor to create curfew for men so that women feel safer at night. Just for fun: Bears rarely attack humans. Let’s say only 1%. If you see a bear, would be willin…

“In 99% of cases”. Great point! So in 1% of cases men will experience that? By group mentality I meant mob mentality … basically when humans neglect their individual feelings in the process, and adopt behaviours and actions of the people around them. Let me explain my “plotline”: By confronting feminists (even if completely respectfully), most likely you will become their enemy. Most common feminist practice is to make false accusations. In this case, those can be fake about his wife. Because th…

I would also go with the leaving without any conversations or confrontations. You will not change the group mentality thinking. If you do, at the very least, you and your wife will labeled as sexist. They can go as far as labelling you as misogynist who is making his wife do things against her will, which can lead to legal/criminal issues. Be careful and good luck. That’s is a crappy how things changed.

I have a tradition mind set. I prefer paying on first dates. I make sure to clearly state that I insist for paying because I invited her. I never go to an expensive place for a first date. Most likely some special coffee shop. After that, I carefully watch how she reacts when it comes to money.

Agree with majority of what you said. Society is being pushed from all sides by the feminist ideology. 99% of brick layers are men. If introducing quotas for that too! Let would literally force women into doing what they don’t want to do. I digress. “… because women are always right” is a light joke. I don’t care much. There rarely relationships where man and a woman are truly interested in keeping it and both make compromises. But in most marriages in the west today, men compromise a lot more than women, if not all. A woman can take half of what man own and take kids any time for any reason. I am not bashing all women. Not every bear would attack humans, but I don’t want to find out if the one in front of me will. I am not considering getting married or even living together for a prolonged period of time. If …

Yes. It is a certainty that men will get even rights. Although western societies still are pro-feminist and they are still pushing their agenda in schools, things are starting to change. I can see more judges in family courtrooms that seriously consider men and their rights. More women realize that their own lives become much worse if men are discriminated against. Example would be a significant decrease in marriages. It might not be tomorrow, but there is a progress.

The idea of patriarchy that gives men privileges is a feminist agenda. It's false. It’s a blatant lie. I don’t think you understand the definition of “misogyny”. I did see many examples of women blamed. Not ALL women, just modern feminists. I do it. I blame feminists for such a rise in % of people who are single. Having Feminism and Men’s Rights on equal levels is simply impossible. Feminism is no longer about bringing women up to have equal rights. Current goal of feminists is to take as many rights away from men as possible.
/r/MensRights29/07/23 05:03 PM
1

I would like to clearly state that I am against modern feminism and everything they stand for. By equal I mean that women and men should have same rights and opportunities. As well as being held accountable. But different I mean that men contribute to society (or relationships) in different ways. But they should provide same/similar value. Biologically they are different. Thats why expectations are different.
/r/MensRights25/07/23 07:43 PM
2

Tit for tat is the only way to have and keep a normal relationship. It should go both ways. You have responsibilities and your partner has responsibilities. It does get complicated with time. It gets tricky to resolve. Good communication? *you can sub responsibilities with effort.
/r/MensRights25/07/23 07:34 PM

My apologies about impolite comment. Wrong conversation. Today, society is controlled by modern feminism. If you speak out, you will be punished. I feel that society removes expectations from men, saying that it’s okay to be weak, lazy, out of shape, and act on your emotions. It’s not okay to open a door for a woman. They teach young boys that being a man is bad. They are told to recognize privileges of being a man. Men are told that masculinity is toxic. Those are the expectations given to men …
/r/MensRights25/07/23 07:27 PM

Social expectations for come from society. Current society is controlled by modern feminism. Current society teaches boys that its bad to be a man. Dame current society that promotes bs like evil masculinity. If you don’t agree with modern feminism, why are you okay with expectations that it gives you? Why are you okay with how feminists define a man? It’s your choice. You are free to judge my opinion. At least bother to be polite.

Do you have an issue with my morals or opinions? Did they hurt your feelings? What makes you a man? Your membership in a men’s rights community? Trying to sound tough? What makes you different from purple haired feminists? You attack masculinity just like them. Do you support modern feminism? I am a man. I am proud of it. Masculinity is good. You can hate me all you want.
/r/MensRights25/07/23 06:15 PM
1

Take a look at this and let me know what you think: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Women_and_children_first Titanic is just an example. My point is about responsibilities. Its modern feminism that brainwashes society and tells men that masculinity is toxic and to disregard responsibilities as a man. I still believe that men’s masculinity is a good thing, no matter how many downvotes I get here or how much feminists will scream at me. I am a man and I am proud of it.

Because today’s society is brainwashed by toxic feminism. I say what I believe in or how it should be. I don’t care what feminists think about me. I understand your point about equal and same. 4 is equal to 4. 3+1 is not the same as 2+2 even if the sum is the same. Men and women contribute to the relationship in different ways. For example, in most if not all programming languages there are separate functions equal function and same function. Although results are similar, there is a reason to ha…

That feminist article is about women addressing other women! I am talking about men vs women. Life advice: Be careful when being a smart ass to others. You don’t know who they are. Your bubbling is just a bunch of shit that you can google or find in previous posts. Do you have any actual experience dealing with hate against men in family courts? How much money did you spend in court fees just trying to see your own child? Those are loaded questions, with the same goal - lets punish men - pay women more or make men work less (make less money)? I understand chivalry as a “gracious courtesy and high-minded consideration especially to women.” Yes, I am courteous and considerate towards most women. Some more, some less. In your mind thats a proof of me believing in women’s domination? How? Chivalry has nothing to do with responsibilities. Go look up the definition. Was the equality part supposed to be funny? I don’t see your point.

All of them?? Also, I have no clue what sanctions would be and who decides. I’ll give you few examples: - Remain faithful. - have a child - provide mental support to her husband As you noticed, those are all negotiable items that a man and a woman can agree on before getting into a relationship. Some agree on having open relationships. Some don’t want children. Some look at the relationship as a business transaction with no emotional feeling involved.

To make things better for everyone (men and women), society must make changes - most focus will be bringing men up, but there are some that needs to be evened out ( example family courts) i’ll try to make it short: - society needs to acknowledge that men are human beings with their own rights and needs: spend more attention for mens health, especially mental health, build homeless shelters for men. “Those obligations are EARNED”. My point exactly. Give and take. Man and a woman have responsibilities or obligations how you put it. A man has a responsibility to make sure a woman is safe. Why should women follow their responsibilities if you don’t on yours. What happened to give and take? Nice try. I see your “if you like that means you hate dogs”. Just in case you don’t know what that means: “Gynocentrism is a dominant or exclusive focus on women in theory or practice” I don’t see women as some kind of higher power or dominant. It’s my responsibility as a man to protect my family. I assumed that responsibility when I started my family. My family, not yours. Only my family. What makes me the embodiment of gynocentrism?

Good. I’ll extend that hypothetical question: how would you feel that some man would use his combat training to push a woman that you love out of the life boat? I wonder if modern feminism causes stupidity or if stupidity is the cause of people joining modern feminism. My favourite story is when feminists complained that milk comes only from female cows. Not sure if it’s a true story, but it is definitely believable with modern feminists.

I believe in free speech and freedom of expression. Sure the can write garbage but titles should be corrected to something like “How to prevent yourself from healthy relationship with a man, while destroying your own life”.

I don’t care. I hope market economy works. Right now a lot of people are not paying money to woke companies. These companies will lose money. In a bit, remaining “i believe in the current thing” npcs will get bored with this feminism and move on to some other stupid ideas.

Agreed. It’s not about what you allegedly said. It’s him trying to impress a female, hoping that she may give him a chance. Same thing online - in most cases there is a female involved in a conversation. They are male feminists who are desperate to get laid and will do anything. They are male but are not men. They are simps. IMO, today we have more conflicts in our society than ever before - republicans vs democrats, black vs. white, men vs. women, and so on. That divides us even more creating c…

A warning that you will pepper spray him? That’s the difference! Before everyone played nice because getting punched in the face was the most likely outcome of doing what that guy did. UPDATE: that security guard knows that you cannot do anything without getting into legal trouble. He is probably trying to impress that receptionist. Also fixed spelling.

Like you said, nothing guaranteed in life. Feelings can get hurt. If a woman has ill intentions and does abortion out of spite just to hurt a man, then that man should learn a lesson and don’t try having children with women like that. Why would he want to have a child with her anyway - he is lucky that it’s not too late.

I am glad that you used the word “force”. No one should force anyone in either direction (with obvious exceptions). I just believe that there should be a civil two way discussion between a man and a woman so that there are no misunderstandings. For example a woman can express her concerns such as her own health, whether they are financially ready, or of a man is responsible enough to be a parent. A man would have a chance to address those concerns - we can get a new house, research costs and act…

Can you imagine the feeling of helplessness when future life of your child is being decided by someone else and you are not allowed to say anything at all. Imagine if doctors can terminate mother's pregnancy without consulting a mother because their perfect medical record is at risk? It’s been studied and proven that men experience extreme depression when mother terminates pregnancy. I’d dare to say that it is similar to what women feel after a miscarriage. I agree that the mother should have fi…

Imagine if her daughter did not say anything or worse, said yes (like her mommy coached her to say). You would be living rent free … in jail. Imagine police saying “you are not pregnant so no case here” to a woman who got raped? There would be blm style riots. Making such claims is not discouraged. Even encouraged by “trust all women” bs.

A story about my friend. After college he got a good job and was in a relationship. One day, police showed up at his work and arrested him in public. He spent entire day and then night in jail for abuse - his girlfriend called police. In the morning, cops just let him go. One of the cops privately mentioned that the case was dismissed because my friend had bruises on his forearms while his gf on her knuckles. Cops also found my friend’s broken glasses. My friend was fired from his job immediatel…

Don’t. Right now, it’s time for you to work on yourself - study, go to the gym, etc. When you developed yourself then consider having a relationship. There are no social expectations so don’t date just to be in a relationship.

By stating “equal” you imply that there is a value scale for contributions. Could you define contribution value please or provide most obvious examples please. I am not going to downvote your statement because this is a discussion where everyone can provide reasonable opinions.

I decisions like that should be made together. But, i agree with your point … if one party can unilaterally quit without repercussions, then the other party should do as well. I believe in equality.
/r/MensRights05/07/23 05:27 AM

How do you calculate those “contributions”? Is there a point system? For example, if a man invited a woman to a restaurant, paid for dinner, they went to his house where he paid all bills, they had fun on his bed that resulted in a pregnancy. He drove her from home and back in his car, that has insurance that he paid, and uses fuel that he paid for. He made almost all contributions. She accepted the dinner invitation and chose her meal from the menu. Does that mean he gets majority if not total …

“The person with a fetus inside their literal body” was enough for me. This is not a debate and your logic will not be heard. There is no way a purple haired feminist will change her mind. But for argument sake, I would’ve used irrelevant comparison - “my investment is stored in a bank account - which is a fetus inside of a literal bank, yet I get to make decisions of what to do with my investment and bank is legally responsible to keep my investment safe”. Or just say I agree, then mention “Cur…

I am 100% sure that you are not the only one. It sounds like those are red flags for you. The point of being in a relationship is to be happier. It’s okay to have preferences both men and women. Don’t negotiate major things that you cannot get over. I blame modern feminism for this hate against men and masculinity. I blame modern feminism for belittling men, in turn making women’s expectations from men unrealistic. If I ever get married, it would be after knowing her for a long time and only wit…

Brick layers is a profession dominated by men. If so called feminists want “equality”, they would have to force women to lay bricks. Or in their screwed up minds “equality” only applies to high level positions.

I can guess about your opinion based on cbs article you used as a reference. Lowly educated tend to receive less of everything than highly educated. Education is expensive and requires time and effort. I don’t see your point. Rhetorical question: Does “women get paid less than men” as a general rule misleading? Aldo, university education is misleading - there are degrees/areas of education … psychology, engineering, as well as social studies. They are not equal.

It’s good to know and understand other people … in principle. But I don’t want to know nor see what they do in their bedroom. How does that help? How does it help to force people to supported pride? And I thought it was all about inclusion? I can think of rather large group that is excluded.

“… vets are seen as heroes for killing middle easterners abroad …” SamEyzz never mentioned the location (those middle easterners could’ve been in Europe when killed) nor time frame, implying ALL veterans. I am not being picky. There is a huge difference. Which part of that statement was reasonable again? For liberals, All veterans are evil … All cops are bastards … All white people are racist … All men are sexist. SamEyzz should take this liberal garbage statement and shove it up … you get the p…

No hate, but … Too much watching Vice crap or too little education? Both? Did you forget about that thingy called world war 2 or they don’t teach that in your your social justice class? Those are also veterans. Veterans put their lives in danger to benefit the society. What did lgbt individuals do that would benefit anyone other than themselves to be appreciated? Calling that dude a small pp is just wrong. He doesn’t have a pp. he gave it away when decided to support NEW feminism. He has no clue what its like to be a father. He doesn’t know what it’s like to be a father and not allowed to see his child because family courts are biased. He has no clue how abortion works. He has no clue what is post birth abortion. A bit too personal. Don’t know what you argued about, but sarcasm is good. Chicks dig it. I think men should be men and women should be women b…

First of all, no matter if I agree or disagree, I appreciate a civil response. I agree with you - life is getting expensive and one average salary is not nearly enough. Both have to bring salary and both have to do house chores. But that’s not OP’s point, at least not how I understand it. The reason why I said strawman is that you brought up only ONE traditional role that changed that changed with time to prove that the previous comment is wrong. OP is proposing to abandon ALL traditional expect…

I can only have 1 girlfriend/wife at a time, i am not able to answer how many question. I don’t care who will take a bullet for me and who will not. My decision of “taking a bullet” is not based on that. It’s not even based on whether that person is male or female. No one expects that from me. Also, your point is based on a faulty assumption - you don’t know whether girlfriends/wives would take a bullet for their children or not. I am 100% certain that not all would. I don’t trust anyone. It’s not necessary “women vs men”. I don’t know you and I don’t trust you. Do I have trust issues? I also don’t have issues with other people not trusting everything I say. I don’t take it as men hating. Even though I don’t trust anyone, I am willing hear anyone, even if it doesn’t make me feel good. May be I will learn something new or get a different perspective.
