Change the locks and file immediately. Her family obviously is getting lied to about you and will never admit they are wrong. I know how it feels to be gaslit just dig your heels in and take the nuclear option. Enabling her by bailing her out will not do anyone any good, get a restraining order ASAP.

12, 10,and 9 all boys, the oldest one had the mental health crisis. We don’t argue in front of the kids but the tension is palpable. I grew up with both parents who are still together and neither one will help me (strict religious beliefs).
