1	What are the baby steps you took to dealing with approach anxiety? You just do it and then you get better. I used to get hyper anxious speaking to attractive women. How I got over it is just doing it more. The more you do it the lower it gets. They really can't tell as much as you think they can, also even if they can tell who cares? What is going to happen? 2	Whats the difference between push pull and a neg ? Negging is just a borderline insult. I don't really think its that effective. Push-pull is just being playful. Kind of backhand compliments, complimenting someone but pulling it back.	/r/seduction	28/08/19 11:10 AM
