I was in the same boat as you. I still don't have many friends and no close friends, only family I talk to (which limits what you can talk about for me). I used free texting services a lot when I realllly needed to talk to someone. I don't know where you are located but google local texting services, there's a few I used. Like kids help line or connex in Ontario for example. There's also OpenPath if you need a less expensive therapist.
