If a woman makes money and the man has custody of the kids, she should have to pay child support just the same as a man would if she had custody. Raising kids is a joint effort, not a tit for tat. To add to my comment; after reading the article, it sounds like the guy “was defending himself” (🙄) and under the castle doctrine law he has a right to defend himself on his property. Similar to if someone breaks into your house and you shoot them. Because the dad went onto their property and was being aggressive (understandably so, I think any father who wanted to see their kids would be), they other guy was “justified in his actions” (🙄).
