The vulnerability you describe in your examples is like reporting the truth which is a kind of vulnerability, but the vulnerability that is unfailing is a feeling in the body. You can literally feel shame and accept you feel shame and women will feel the underlying acceptance, by you letting her see it, feel it, flow through it, and she'll love you for it whether she's available or not.
