Some people look for messages even when they don't exist. I watched this movie and it was garbage, but hardly a feminist propagating machine. A girl being an engineer or being into mechanical devices is impossible for this guy to believe.

I wouldn't say women have it easy in India either. Considering you get burned alive for not wanting to marry a man your parents picked out for you. The entire country is in a pretty bad spot right now in regards to the education system being run by bribes, the police force is a joke and the caste system still existing doesn't help.

I don't know how you can call it 5th grade logic when you are clearly misunderstanding the difference between validity and soundness. He is simply proving the validity in the argument that I presented. You are arguing with him about whether the argument is true or false. Validity doesn't care about subjective truth, only whether the conclusion must follow if the premises are all true. Big difference.

You are missing his point. He is basically giving a logical breakdown of the information given earlier. There exists women who are whores. We know all women are like that. Therefore, all women who exist are whores.

I feel like I have seen this title posted here so many times before. I don't think there is a more ridiculous way you could phrase the similarities you are seeing. So much of the stuff on this sub-reddit feels so forced. All the commenters copy what Roissy says and then try to turn it into an intellectual conversation. The material on the site was usually very specific. The Black Flag was more general. The main points I found The Black Flag to be more helpful with was pick-up techniques and body language, specifically. Everything else was usually more in depth on the site. The ending to The Black Flag still was quite amazing. It gives a great insight to Shark as a person and his motivations behind the website.
