saw a guy i was in the army with post this...just shook my headE7 is practically the "Colonel" of enlisted men. What? E-7 counterpart is a O-1 or O-2. E-8 counterpart is an O-3. Colonels have been in for 20 years and hang out with Sergeants Major. E-7 is a pretty long way from that. | /r/TheRedPill | 11/08/16 03:07 PM
On the third day, he learned how to groomRaw organic coconut oil, like the type you'd cook with. Naturally tastes and smells good too. | /r/TheRedPill | 23/06/16 04:55 AM
On the third day, he learned how to groomStrip away all the natural oils with harsh chemicals in shampoo. Replace those lost natural oils with conditioner, which also contains unnecessary chemicals. Using just water allows you to remove dirt/random shit, and the buildup of excess oil. When your scalp is able to self-regulate oil production, it will find equilibrium, and your hair will look and feel way better than ever before. I do the same with soap in the shower now. Only ever use it on armpits, balls, and asshole. The rest really do… | /r/TheRedPill | 23/06/16 04:50 AM
Bill Burr on society judging successful men who cheat.Lol at "tourists." I mostly lurk, rarely comment. One day I'll make a worthwhile post, a lot to learn till then. | /r/TheRedPill | 17/02/16 08:53 PM
PSA: Beware the "suicide grip" on bench pressInteresting point. I've heard similar things about businessmen who could just as easily work from home, but instead lease office space. The setting alters the mindset. | /r/TheRedPill | 05/08/15 10:14 PM
PSA: Beware the "suicide grip" on bench pressSeems like 2 sturdy pulleys and some kind of good rope/cable is all you'd really need. Find a good way to attach the plates you already have and you're golden. Sounds awesome, good luck with that. | /r/TheRedPill | 05/08/15 10:04 PM
PSA: Beware the "suicide grip" on bench pressI actually think it's weird to see hardcore lifters at the gym at all. If you're decently settled, you've got a house, and just a little money to invest, a home gym will pay for itself in no time. Compared to $25-50 per month? It's such an obvious choice. With the added bonus of not having to deal with the fuckheads at the gym taking selfies. | /r/TheRedPill | 05/08/15 09:33 PM
PSA: Beware the "suicide grip" on bench pressThis should be top post. I tell people to lay on the bench and assume their usual thumbless grip. Get everything into position as you normally would. Then, just before lift off, force your thumbs around the bar without changing where it lies in you palm. | /r/TheRedPill | 05/08/15 09:11 PM
PSA: Beware the "suicide grip" on bench pressMy advice would be to simply arch your back more so that your chest is higher, thereby cutting out that 1 inch. I think all bench presses need to touch and pause on the chest. But that's a powerlifting perspective. | /r/TheRedPill | 05/08/15 09:07 PM
PSA: Beware the "suicide grip" on bench pressThis is why commercial gyms really frustrate me. They'll have entire rows of bench press. WHY? Why not put a power rack there. It can be used for benching (and is actually safer, as you mention), AND squats, military press, whatever you want to do. It frustrates me to no end when a "hardcore" gym has 15 bench stations and two squat racks. | /r/TheRedPill | 05/08/15 09:03 PM
