I have perfume allergies and aftershave or men’s cologne is an issue more often than women’s perfume - most women know to be subtle about it whereas I’ve worked with sales guys who I’ve known when they’ve gotten off the lift because I can smell them from across the floor.

I feel like you don’t like women very much - internalised misogyny is a thing. A number of the things you call out as issues are either women simply existing or social expectations that are put on them (eg wearing heels at work was corporate dress code for many years in professional environments). Despite your edit, this does indeed sound like a you problem. And one where you need to work out why you hate women so much and how it affects your self worth.

His 'manifesto' explicitly states that he planed to kill his housemates so that he had the apartment free to use as a torture dungeon on women and men that he lured there - the pretty women were to be tortured in particular. He was indisputably mentally ill, but sufficiently high functioning that he saw his roommates as a barrier to be overcome in his vengeance against women and the men how had been successful with women. They were the very definition of collateral damage, he wasn't even conside…

Based on the 'Manifesto' he had been specifically planning to go on a rampage for some time and had been delayed in enacting his fantasy due to an injury (result of a fight he provoked while drunk). I don't think the guys on /r/cringe should be shouldering any blame here.
