2	What to wear at home after work? I kind of just tried it out. I made myself comfortable but still put some effort into my appearance in a casual way and he was and still is pretty open handed with the compliments when I'm dressed like that. He's actually pretty complimentary all the time, he's very open with how he feels which makes things easier. 9	What to wear at home after work? My husbands a really casual kinda guy. I wear tight yoga pants or other type of soft fabric pants that fit well around my waist/bum and a well fitting shirt that usually shows a bit of midriff. 8	"Are dress codes too harsh on women?" Poll Did they ever think about the dress code for men in comparison? I worked at JCPenney for 3 years as a teenager. High heels are ok but open toe is not allowed. Sometimes they were lenient with the "peep toe" style shoe but mostly everyone wore closed dress shoes.
