Prefer Male to male relationships/friendships only with optional homosexuality. Keep interaction with women to basic necessities only. Not always. Many relatives got appartments from their EX which are low maintenance. My sister got a 100m² appartment and works part time doing Yoga and other esotheric stuff. Also know some who transistion from male to woman and the advantages you get makes transistion totally worth it. The cool think is you are then female but have the advantages of male biology (no menstruation, more power) The biggest problem is the male entry in the passport/birth certificate. What you might try is matial arts. Was in a similar situation when I was 22. Iaido/Kenjutsu kompletely rewrote my brain. Still depressed as hell but knowing that after losing everything I still have myself and the swords to practise is enough to ease my mind with the hope of getting into a isekai world where I can utilize the stuff I practise in this life. My advice as a male is to never live in the country where you have your citizenship. Whenever possible, try to relocate to a foreign country. Learn a valuable profession so you get a job anywhere. Then, if you plan to relocate, apply for jobs at your target destination. Easy as a software engineer. Relocated 2 times into a foreign country during the last 3 years

Even if, the amount of training is between 1-6 months. Just compare this to the amount of training other professions require. A car mechanic has at least 3 years of apprenticeship. For software engineering, it took 5 years of learning to become competent enough to be useful in a development team. Why should this be different in a combat profession. But yeah, if it is just about to use those as cannon fodder, than no training is required at all. Just collect males and send them to die

Always wondering how forced drafting is helpful in a war. Have a friend working in an elite unit, and he told me that forced conscription causes more harm to the military because being "forced" is the best way to demotivate and destroy morale in an army as much as possible. People joining the army of their own free will are superior soldiers, as they are interested in this career path. Also with forced conscription, you mostly get people into the army who are not fit physically, or psychically.

I think the only way to stop it is by creating a huge decline of the male population passively over generations when majority of males avoid getting children and if women decide to abort male babies as they prefer girls.
