Individuals should believe all victims. But the system, and people playing roles in it, should follow the same standard as always: innocent until proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt.

He wasn't though. His prediction was that the population would always grow faster than than the rate of food production. It isn't. When a law is only right sometimes, it's a bad law.
