If you have got access to something that you can hang from, then you cannot really have any excuses not to build muscle. After reading this something sprung into my mind. Isn't TRP about aligning the HB to the PB? To tune the HB so that it operates on the same core principles as the PB?

Just memorize the calorie count for the items you frequently eat, and look up those you eat only from time to time and thus don't know the calorie count. Memorizing may suck in the first month but then you don't have to worry about apps and shit. Sure, you might not be able to count the exact amount of calories you take in throughout the day every time, but as long as the difference is 250 at max./day, you are good to go (To gain/ lose weight you need about 500 calories more/less).
