True, I think the issue is my mindset of the transition being a big deal, when in reality it really isn't. Fitness wise, I am about 9% BF with pretty good muscle definition, so I am very close to the top of my game there. Haven't had a problem with oneitis once I get talking to them; it's really just the whole actually approaching them the same way I would approach a 6/7 that is throwing me off. It's weird, it's obviously a confidence & self esteem thing, but I don't know where else to raise tha…

I wouldn't call it a crutch, more like something that gives you a taste of what it's like to be a super optimistic, anxiety free and motivated person. My experience with it has been that the effects have bled over into my life when I am not using it because I see how beneficial it is and that helps me push through any self doubt or anxiety I have when not taking it. Rejection is hard, but a necessary part of your development. Every rejection strengthens you if you approach it with the right mindset; that being one of long term success. It's not easy or quick, but nothing worth having ever is. Just don't ever give up.
