You make it sound like you're hunting. The wingman would talk to / flirt / take home the other girl, leaving your girl free to talk to you. Women can get jealous and/or defensive of their friends who are getting male attention if they are not getting any themselves.

Are you meeting women at bars? People at bars tend to like bars. Try meeting women at a bookstore, or at the gym (proceed with caution) or at a health food store.

Seems like the song is glorifying/justifying extreme domestic violence against men. Based on the song's popularity, it seems like the American public is OK with this.

Quoted text incase deleted: Hello TwoX, I recently had a run in with my local police department, and wanted to share (run in makes it sound bad but it really wasn't, as the title says). Especially with all the bad press out there on police recently, I thought a positive story would be good to share. Please forgive formatting as I'm on mobile. Last week, my best friend and I went to see Fantastic Four at our local theatre. We were the only ones there and we enjoyed having the theatre to ourselves…

Essentially "teach your son hitting girls is wrong." Makes no mention of male victims of violence, or female perpetrators. Commercials like this do nothing but perpetuate misandrist stereotypes.

As a side note the top comment on the article with 205 upvotes is currently He who cheat, lose his meat The second highest comment (and highest sane comment) at 65 upvotes is: Since there are women here that tend to agree with what she did, what should men do to wives that cheat? Shove a knife in the vagina and slice upwards? I mean surely those that despise infidelity, as some here clearly do, feel ALL infidelity is worthy of permanent and painful damage to the one cheating, right?

I've been to Canada, and I like Canada. If I had to move to any other country it would probably be Canada. It is a little too cold for me though, plus I'm not a huge hockey fan. The healthcare system in the US is pretty FUBAR, but we're working on it. Of all the anti-America bashing on reddit, this is the one I give the most credit to. I really hope that we continue to make strides in healthcare, because Obamacare really doesn't do much at all. Instead of dealing with the outrageous costs associ…

Valid, however even if these instances are fake, I think it is important to highlight that there are people out there who think this way. This is just one atrocious example that gets people talking.

The Men's Rights subreddit is a place for those who wish to discuss men's rights and the ways said rights are infringed upon. I think this would fall under "ways they are infringed upon"
/r/MensRights27/09/13 03:31 PM

Sadly, I agree (despite my above actions directly contradicting this). However, if facebook is going to remove anything that feminists find offensive, then I think they have to do the same for mens rights issues.

I am a firm believer in not feeding the trolls. However, my main concern here is the treatment these groups have from facebook. It seems that anti-men groups are written off as "satire" or "all good fun" a lot more often than anti-woman groups are. I am all about equality :-)

Your original comment indicates that they are so infrequently suicide bombers, that we should just assume that all of the militants were men. This is clearly not the case, as this 2012 article states that some groups began using female suicide terrorism nearly three decades ago.

My favorite is that "I hate men" is not considered a hate group based on gender. It's pretty much in the title.
/r/MensRights25/09/13 03:14 PM

Thanks! My main concern is that they treat the groups the same. If you want to allow I hate [gender] groups, that's fine, but you can't allow anti men but not anti women.
/r/MensRights25/09/13 03:14 PM

Can you link to some? I did a brief search, and I was only able to find "I hate women drivers." I'm not saying there isn't a fair amount of misogyny on facebook, but I do think they handle it differently.
