But surely you understand the argument the poster I was replying to made. If a couple are married 15 years, and jointly they decided it made more sense for one to pursue a career while the other took care of the house and kids, then upon divorce the one who was free to pursue a career will have gained unfairly from the contract. I've heard it'd incredibly hard to get into public schools out there. I had like a 3.5 in high school and was accepted to the big state school in my state and another smaller state school.
