Question For MenFrdxhds/r/PurplePillDebate17/01/24 12:00 PM

expected by whom? Men don't really care about beauty standards, they'd give most women a chance as long as she's nice, fun, caring and not morbidly obese (which I don't think is unattainable). The beauty standards expected for men to succeed in the dating world are way way higher.

Ugly men rarely have the opportunity to get sex. You really think a man who can get sex outside of a relationship maybe once a year will use a woman for sex and then dump her instead of entering a relationship with regular access to sex?
/r/PurplePillDebate02/12/24 06:27 PM
1

So they can find a man for a long term relationships but just not Chad
/r/PurplePillDebate27/09/24 03:54 PM
1

but they get called unworthy of relationships because they didn't have sex
/r/PurplePillDebate27/09/24 03:16 PM

More free time. Women tend to have to invest significant time into looking good. Gym + makeup + grooming + takes longer to get dressed. Men just have to gym, shave periodically, and it takes less time for men to get dressed up. Men need to go the gym more. Women only need to lose weight in the gym to become attractive, men need to lose weight and grow muscles
/r/PurplePillDebate27/09/24 03:14 PM
1

If men can go to the gym to get a fit body, why can't women?
/r/PurplePillDebate27/09/24 03:12 PM

This comment shows that you live in a completely different world as us men. For many men it makes no difference if we like someone or not.
/r/PurplePillDebate17/07/24 10:14 AM

Can't judge the first one but definitely no on the others
/r/PurplePillDebate16/07/24 09:29 PM
2

I've been close friends with 4 different women (as in regularly meeting without any other people and doing stuff) but never had romantic interest
/r/PurplePillDebate16/07/24 08:01 PM
8

But some guys here only view the world through a sex lense Surprise surprise, people value less what they already have. Just like how people in 1st world countries never think about the privilige of having a hot shower and enough to eat, because it has never been an issue for them.
/r/PurplePillDebate27/06/24 02:43 PM

sorry, not a native speaker
/r/PurplePillDebate17/03/24 03:22 PM

Reason against: less time to enjoy your childfree life when you still have lots of energy. Kids are a huge obstacle for your ability to travel and enjoy hobbies
/r/PurplePillDebate17/03/24 02:32 PM
1

Maybe these assholes aren't as assholerish as you think? (turning around the nice guy argument)
/r/PurplePillDebate21/02/24 07:14 AM

women dress provocatively for chads attention. Non-chads looking at her will be creepy and women say they only dress for themselves to gaslight non-chad
/r/PurplePillDebate08/02/24 06:24 PM
2

You have just said the same thing twice with different words
/r/PurplePillDebate04/02/24 04:08 PM
2

I mean, if you have had 10 sexual partners the probability that you engaged in casual sex is pretty high
/r/PurplePillDebate04/02/24 10:52 AM
6

Well, then that's your experirnce. Most women I know (not all) are engaging in casual sex
/r/PurplePillDebate04/02/24 10:50 AM
0

LOL is exactly the same, you don't accidentally have sex. The first thing you described is just women doing mental gymnastics to convince themselves they're not doing the latter because of the social stigma of being promiscous
/r/PurplePillDebate04/02/24 10:48 AM
2

The top 1% of men have high beauty standards which are the only men women care about
/r/PurplePillDebate03/02/24 01:36 PM

Yeah I've made the same experience. Women will not have romantic feelings for someone they haven't slept with. That's why men are on a timer when dating women
/r/PurplePillDebate02/02/24 11:36 AM

I'd argue having a crush and falling in love isn't really the same
/r/PurplePillDebate02/02/24 11:35 AM

I believe you have a mistaken thinking. You provided for each of the categories the average, but the combination of being at least average in EACH of those categories is imo rarer than you think. Like if 50% of people are above 5''11 and 50% have above 80k income, the percentage of men who have both is much lower.
/r/PurplePillDebate02/02/24 11:23 AM
3

Not sure if I'm getting trolled or you have no reading comprehension whatsoever
/r/PurplePillDebate28/01/24 09:41 PM
5

My point was that all women have the choice to be promiscous therefore their choice is the sole determinator of her promiscuity. For men however there are 2 factors influencing their promiscuity - their choice and the options they have.
/r/PurplePillDebate28/01/24 04:39 PM
4

Yeah but that's not the question
/r/PurplePillDebate28/01/24 12:37 AM
18

Yeah you should go to the incel subs and tell them they all have the choice to hook up a women, they just choose not to. Like I'm actually not sure if I'm getting trolled here, or if you are intentionally misunderstanding the point.
/r/PurplePillDebate27/01/24 07:14 PM
11

Not true, you can literally set up a tinder profile without any pictures and still have dozens of men messaging you to have sex who don't care how you look like
/r/PurplePillDebate27/01/24 07:12 PM
2

Won't what?
/r/PurplePillDebate27/01/24 03:13 PM
10

are you serious? You know men unable to get women started the whole incel movement?
/r/PurplePillDebate27/01/24 01:27 PM
18

Show me a tinder profile of a woman that is unable to get matches or hook up with men. Hint: It doesn't exist
/r/PurplePillDebate27/01/24 01:10 PM
23

All women are able to do that decision
/r/PurplePillDebate27/01/24 10:55 AM
4

The gaslighting demonizing nice/kind/whatever guys continues just so women can keep justifying going for assholes instead
/r/PurplePillDebate27/01/24 10:02 AM
31

There are no attributes that makes a women promiscous except her deciding to be promiscous
/r/PurplePillDebate27/01/24 09:53 AM
13

All this text and at the end you still agree that women prefer assholes over genuinely kind guys
/r/PurplePillDebate26/01/24 03:23 PM
6

"As you aged" So in your prime you went for assholes.
/r/PurplePillDebate26/01/24 08:25 AM
2

Because women are benefitting from it (or want to)
/r/PurplePillDebate22/01/24 05:16 PM

There is no male sexual frustration among hot guys, which is the type of man guy 1 is
/r/PurplePillDebate21/01/24 03:39 PM

No, but I will be earning good money then
/r/PurplePillDebate17/01/24 04:06 PM

Do you really think a ripped, rich man doesn't have any more success with women than men who are not? Dude, go out and observe how the world works.
/r/PurplePillDebate17/01/24 03:50 PM

Well for me 30 really is the magical number, because I will have finished my master degree at 29 and then have a year to get into the working life. So at 30 I should be a high value male
/r/PurplePillDebate17/01/24 03:23 PM
-5

both
/r/PurplePillDebate17/01/24 12:47 PM
2

If it was that easy I would've fixed that already. The women can't say either why they reject me, they just "don't feel it".
/r/PurplePillDebate17/01/24 12:43 PM
4

Maybe my initial post was misleading. To clarify: I'm already doing all those things, I'm dating, I have an active social life... The thing is just that I have been rejected each and every time so all that's left for me to try is improving my value so I become more attractive to women.
/r/PurplePillDebate17/01/24 12:39 PM
1

Your 20’s is the time for socialising, if your isolating yourself from it, it’s not going to change when your older Nobody said I'm not socialising For the relationship thing I plan to follow the PPD advice and lie about having had a relationship
/r/PurplePillDebate17/01/24 12:26 PM

"who can't find chads"
/r/PurplePillDebate13/01/24 09:52 AM

Good bodys alone doesn't make women attracted to you. If you're like 5'8 with a 5/10 face I'd say most average Joes who aren't rich would still struggle with dating even with the body of a premier league player
/r/PurplePillDebate10/01/24 09:15 PM
6

whether you are a good person or not is completely irrelevant to women finding you attractive. They always say it's the "bare minimum" while continuing to date guys who aren't good people at all
/r/PurplePillDebate10/01/24 09:11 PM
5

Men aren't voluntarily leaving the dating scene
/r/PurplePillDebate05/01/24 05:54 PM
3

A hot guy is more likely to be safe and get heroff than a less attractive one? Women have only high standards for looks but not for behavior
/r/PurplePillDebate03/01/24 08:50 PM
9

"statistically most won't care about and facilitate their pleasure." That's wrong. Most women engage in casual sex. They just all do it with the same subset of men
/r/PurplePillDebate03/01/24 08:45 PM
1

liking her as a friend and being romantically interested in her doesn't exclude each other, this stance always confuses me
/r/PurplePillDebate27/12/23 11:43 AM
1

redpill is about working on yourself to get access to puss though, so I'd assume if you're living according to red pill principles you will be succesful with women in your 30s
/r/PurplePillDebate27/12/23 11:38 AM
2

No, it's just female biology, just like how men find women more attractive if they lose weight and get in shape
/r/PurplePillDebate27/12/23 11:31 AM
0

Bullshit, they are incredibly common, but they probably aren't hot enough/tall enough
/r/PurplePillDebate27/12/23 11:26 AM
8

not super hot?
/r/PurplePillDebate26/12/23 08:53 AM
24

Your assumption that every man who doesn't have sex is an asocial nerd is wrong, nowadays many men are sexless who have an otherwise active social life
/r/PurplePillDebate22/12/23 02:44 PM
4

most women lie about their bodycounts too
/r/PurplePillDebate22/12/23 12:35 PM
3

Only idiots will openly tell it
/r/PurplePillDebate22/12/23 12:24 PM
4

and why is that his fault? Could as well say it's women's fault for having unrealistic standards and making prostitutes the only way for many men to have sex
/r/PurplePillDebate22/12/23 12:23 PM
0

food rules the life of starving people in a way I'm glad it doesn't rule mine
/r/PurplePillDebate20/12/23 10:56 AM

source?
/r/PurplePillDebate15/12/23 11:19 AM
3

But the assumption that a man without romantic success has no friends and connections is wrong. That's what OP is talking about
/r/PurplePillDebate13/12/23 06:33 PM
5

but he's right that the assumption of women on the internet saying that men who can't get a women are all basement dwellers with 0 friends is wrong "This is a rebuttal to the constant crap spewed by BPers and most women anytime an LVM expresses ire toward his situation: “just get a hobby!” “Touch grass!” “Make friends!”" Many of them have already done that
/r/PurplePillDebate13/12/23 06:28 PM
3

When I'm friends with a woman it's usually already established we enjoy each others company and have interest in who the other person is. Doesn't help with getting a relationship though
/r/PurplePillDebate13/12/23 06:23 PM
13

I'm in the same spot as OP, and I definitely have asked some of them out who rejected me
/r/PurplePillDebate13/12/23 12:17 PM
5

He didn't say those guys are chads
/r/PurplePillDebate09/12/23 12:10 PM
5

Can we normalize short men being just as handsome as tall ones
/r/PurplePillDebate08/12/23 09:19 AM
1

Proof that most men are trash needed
/r/PurplePillDebate08/12/23 09:16 AM

That's the difference between the problem being external and the problem being in your head aka mental illness
/r/PurplePillDebate05/12/23 05:34 PM
-1

That's the difference between the problem being external and the problem being in your head aka mental illness
/r/PurplePillDebate05/12/23 05:32 PM
1

lack of wholesome men who are also chads you mean
/r/PurplePillDebate04/12/23 06:56 PM
3

replace men with chads and you may have a point
/r/PurplePillDebate26/11/23 10:03 AM
2

Maybe not "falling over themselves" but every average woman I know has men approaching them from time to time
/r/PurplePillDebate26/11/23 10:02 AM
1

Yeah, this is definitely true
/r/PurplePillDebate22/11/23 07:45 AM
1

I don't understand, because they want to fuck you it means they aren't interested in a LTR? How is that related? Wanting to fuck and wanting a LTR doesn't exclude each other at all?
/r/PurplePillDebate19/11/23 09:12 PM
4

Then why do they do it?
/r/PurplePillDebate19/11/23 09:36 AM
6

Source? You could say the exact same about women
/r/PurplePillDebate19/11/23 09:35 AM
28

There's a lack of rich 6 feet men which women want to pursue. There's not a lack of kind, hard-working men, but women usually don't want to pursue them
/r/PurplePillDebate17/11/23 02:24 PM
1

If you have nothing to hide you have nothing to fear
/r/PurplePillDebate15/11/23 05:17 PM
1

So short guys or guys without a perfect jawline are like poisoned water for you?
/r/PurplePillDebate15/11/23 05:07 PM
1

female whore =/= woman with a high body count female whore: woman who has sex for money high body count: woman who sleeps around a lot TLDR: It's not about the literal definition of the word but it's about how they are used. And incel is definitely used with the intent of shaming men fof being unsuccesful with women
/r/PurplePillDebate11/11/23 08:51 AM
30

People generally don't have empathy with ugly people, men or women.
/r/PurplePillDebate11/11/23 08:39 AM
2

But for women that has nothing to do with them attracting more men
/r/PurplePillDebate04/11/23 01:52 PM
1

The thing is men don't lash out against women with their bad experiences. What?
/r/PurplePillDebate04/11/23 10:49 AM
1

How many sexual partners a woman have only depends on how many sexual partners she wants to have though.
/r/PurplePillDebate04/11/23 10:38 AM

Yeah the fact that she posts on this sub is pretty telling
/r/PurplePillDebate02/11/23 05:36 PM

Maybe the generalisation that men are only after sex and want nothing else from a woman isn't true after all :O
/r/PurplePillDebate18/10/23 07:39 AM
0

wtf... this couldn't be further from the truth. You seem unhinged
/r/PurplePillDebate14/10/23 03:58 PM

If other than that I really like the person, it's not a dealbreaker, but all things being equal I'd prefer someone with similar sexual experience as me
/r/PurplePillDebate27/09/23 10:36 AM
6

You still chose them so you initially found that behavior attractive
/r/PurplePillDebate26/09/23 08:05 AM
2

How do you know less attractive men are also assholes? Most women never give them a shot. This seems more like an excuse to me to avoid responsibility and avoid having to compromise your standards. The reason the hot men tend to be assholes to you is because they can, as they usually have a rotation of women. It's unlikely you will get "played" by a less attractive man
/r/PurplePillDebate26/09/23 07:53 AM

Well. it would help the men that are constantly being told 'the reason you're single is your shit personality, don't use your looks as an excuse'
/r/PurplePillDebate24/09/23 11:36 AM
1

I'd say I'm 2 out of 3 (still in university so no good career) but I don't fuck. Personality is subjective but I do my best to be funny, empathic and friendly to everyone. Not sure a good career will make me suddenly desirable
/r/PurplePillDebate26/07/23 09:19 PM
5

But that doesn't say if it's because women have unreasonably high standards (6 figure income, 6ft etc. is often referenced) or because the average men is as disgusting/lazy as OP makes it out to be. I personally think it's somewhere in the middle
/r/PurplePillDebate26/07/23 03:00 PM
1

Counter-point: If all men always had the same amount of options as women, they'd be used to hot girls being attracted to them and it would lose it's thrill
/r/PurplePillDebate17/02/23 09:29 AM
44

So if the man ghosts after sex it's the man's fault and if the woman ghosts after sex it's also the man's fault?
/r/PurplePillDebate19/01/23 02:33 PM
You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
