No. That is not what I'm saying. I'm pretty sure my other comment said that one problem is that women, in cases such as this one, are not held accountable for actions. Some get it a whole lot easier than men do in regards to punishments for crimes such as this. And I'm not sure I'm the one who needs to get out more. Hating women and telling the world that they are evil is not the way to help. It doesn't do anything except make the Men's Rights Movement unattractive in the eyes of others. 1	"the guy had it coming" After thinking about it, I get what you mean and I agree. It is disturbing to make light of a real victim of violence, and it isn't ok. My only thing is that it is the Internet and people are gonna say stuff that's dumb or offensive. 1	Quarter of a million people like spousal abuse as long as it's against a man. Should of bought the diamond. I would just like to point out that the version of the joke I saw before this, the first time a few years ago, the roles were reversed. And since then, this is the first "I bought my wife a mood ring..." version I've seen. Usually its "I bought my husband a mood ring." So it's not just this version that goes around. 5	NPR shits out a charming "women in jail for murdering their husbands are the real victims!" type story complete with beaming convict pictures and "I just want to be able to hold my grandchildren!" appeals to emotion.
