You just have shit game. I am under 6ft, a minority, and not rich and I clean up in the USA by just being honest. I even have "Looking for short term" on my hinge profile

Exactly. Voice, video, and good opening messages can take a 5/10 dude to a 7.5/10 dude

Everything this comment is saying is true. The most important thing though is you need to understand when it’s appropriate and when it’s not. If you are bad at reading women then don’t go full steam into sexual innuendos.

Hinge is for dudes that can’t rely solely on their looks.

This is hilariously wrong. Marriage created a system where even ugly short dudes could reproduce.

I dated two girls whose dad’s were worth more than $0.5B (one as a billionaire) all wile in the throes of a horrid coke addiction. Both girls were amazing people even if a bit naive. Oh, I dated them at the same time. I was a cheater.

Yes sometimes sticking to morals / principles produce outcomes that aren’t beneficial, especially short term. If you can’t stomach that then it isn’t a principle.

Dumb question: how should you be posting on IG? Mainly stories or actual pictures on your page? And how often, and of what lmao

When you say post, do you mean stories or actual pictures on your IG?

Even though you got a bit preqchy there, you’re overall right. I’ll put it more succinctly: In the end, if you’re a man that can’t get women, it’s no one’s fault but your own. This sounds harsh but it’s actually good news; everything is in your control (unless you’re truly hideous or super short, then, tough luck)

A+ post. It took me until 30yo to realize this. That was 3 years ago. Changed my whole game. Now I’ve extended this ethos to all of game- be radically AND confidently honest with your intentions and who you are in all facets of dating. Makes everything easier.

IMO women can be fun to hang out with, 1:1. Different experience from my guy friends who are fun in a different way. There are things I can easily talk openly with my girl friends that I wouldn’t normally do with my guy friends and vice versa. But I’ve always been a bit of a gal pal. At least compared to my other guy friends. I also often stay friends with past partners.

Yes. There is that risk. I mitigate this by keeping tabs on my “Macro” performance when I’m not on a date at the time. Do I actually have options? Do girls smile back when I smile at them on the street? Etc I also mentioned in an earlier comment that I take celibacy breaks. Sometimes 4 months at a time. During this period I focus on myself and improvement. Not just for women, but in general. Towards the end of any celibacy break I redownload social media and dating apps and take tabs on what the…

I was on my way to hitting rock bottom. I wanted to spare her from that. At this point I’m moving on. She was unique, but I’m in NYC, I’ll find something just as good.

“Relationship is too stressful right now” - me, exactly one year ago. Which translated into it’s too hard to manage a girlfriend, job, and coke/alcohol addiction all at the same time. I’m in recovery though

I can’t believe I broke up with this girl who used to beg me to cum down her throat while she masterbated. She was extremely wealthy, in shape, and talented (broadway actress) too. I’m such an idiot.

The incongruence is solved by my believing that in the clothes I wear and the way I present myself I have enough options that I don’t need to care if she likes me or not. For your second question, I assume I will get an IOI on every date I go on (I almost always do). If I don’t then it’s not because there’s something wrong with me, but it’s because she is not right for me or she isn’t capable of seeing why she is right for me. Either way that’s her problem and a reason why I wouldn’t want to con…

Yes, I’ll do a week or two of hingeX. Stack matches, and go from there. I’m unconventionally attractive. Half Indian, half black, ethnic sounding name, 6ft, athletic build, socially awkward / undiagnosed autistic (both parents have it), but high IQ/EQ, and good career. I’ve just carved out my niche, optimized my game, and learned what I like and what generally likes me back. Took me until late age 29 to get to that point though. Up until that I was pretty bad with women and/or in long term relat…

I generally try to balance quality and quantity, and I take long breaks of celibacy (4 months at a time sometimes), but my go to is Hinge and Feeld in NYC. I’m just super honest on both. “Looking for something casual and short term, great if it turns into more”

I’ve gone on over 80 first dates in my life and I’ve only been stood up once. If it happens to you often, then it’s a you problem. Lastly, cancelling on girl #2 technically is also flaking on your end if it’s within 12 hours of the date time. Especially if you have no good reason to cancel. So you’re just adding to the problem of flakiness. Here is the real advice: have a 1-3 FWBs as back ups in case a date flakes. In my case I never have sex on the first date anyway, so I always have plans for …

My experience has been the opposite. If you’re a similar archetype as me, you’re probably doing pretty well in dating or at least much better than before 2020. for reference: I am not overly masculine, although I look it (athletic, wide shoulders, good facial structure) and have masculine hobbies, I enjoy the company of women and things that are generally considered feminine coded. I am 6ft, brown, and intelligent. My strength in dating has always been my high EQ/IQ mix. With that in mind, post …

If you aren’t cleaning up in your 30s as a single man, then it’s a skill issue. You had an entire decade to make yourself more attractive (fitness, resources, social life, self improvement) and you wasted it.

As an average looking dude (minority) I have to put in work to get hookups. But they do happen
/r/seduction23/11/24 09:51 PM

Women are attracted to dudes that aren’t needy and aren’t outcome dependent. They move to the beat of their own drum. Assholes are naturally like this. But women will be more attracted to a good dude who displays those traits as well. It’s just way more rare.

I have a girl that asked to come over tonight straight from hinge. I said no because I have other plans. Every time it’s a a response to one of my prompts that says I make a mean dirty martini. For reference I’m 32 and live in NYC. It doesn’t happen often. Maybe a few times a year

I casually dated one of the girls that was a member of my studio (so, yes to your question), but if I felt like getting messy I could have pursued others that showed high interest as well. The hard part for me in non-social dancing situations is to receive high interest from women initially (I’m not conventionally attractive nor super confident usually), but once I have them on a date my conversion rate is pretty high. In social dancing situations I seem to circumvent some of the issues that hol…

It will be clear as day if women like him by their body language. You know it when you see it. If it’s not clear, they are probably just being nice. Also sexual jokes at work is trashy as hell.

False. It depends on the woman. And it depends on the situation. My brother died and I cried in front of my gf, no issues at all. Same girl I cried in front of because something really sad happened in the news, it was the Oct 7th attacks (those videos were fucked), she had issue with it at all. I once cried in front of another girl I was seeing because I was getting overwhelmed with mental health. She broke up with me on the spot (I kinda wanted that to happen though, I was done with the relatio…

There are way more fine women living in NYC though. Where you live. Dawg, get yo life together before you spend money and time on women. Dating is expensive. I’ve had to take breaks for dating in the past to focus on myself, my projects, or my finances.

Part of good game is knowing yourself and knowing your intrinsic value regardless of what third parties might think of you. You know you are valuable, that’s all that matters. If others disagree it’s because they don’t have all the information, misread you, they themselves are insecure, or they are purposefully trying to put you down regardless of what is true. Just apply that to rejections.

For me, this helps a little, but the best thing for date anxiety is having a roster. And someone you can booty call if the date goes wrong. Therefore the stakes are low. If I have options, I am way more comfortable.

Idk I love it, but there’s times I wont. Just depends on how I feel. I like being dominant, and sometimes there’s no way to eat pussy and be dominant at the same time. So I pass. Or sometimes she just doesn’t have the best hygiene, not terrible, but also not pussy eating good.

I’m a brown guy. Yes, you are a minority so your value is less to the average majority woman. Thats just the way it is. However, that’s is a generalization. There are plenty of women that like brown dudes. You’ll just have to search them out. In the end you’re going to have to work harder and be better compared to your white counterparts. Embrace it, level up, and stop whining.

Because I dont want one. Having a GF changes you life in many ways. As a man, having a good friend group and casually dating / hooking up with women is the way to go.

There’s something like 3.5 billion women on this earth. Only a few of them work with you and they should be off limits. The beloved CEO of my company got fired by the board for having a sexual relationship with a coworker. He 4x the value of the company during his 25 year tenure at CEO, but now he’s just a disgraced after thought. Edit: multiple women

I’m literally drowning in them in NYC. Ivy League educated lawyers one after the other. Doctors, consultants, bankers etc. And even if they don’t have high income, they come from money. I dated a girl who grew up in an estate outside DC that had its own name (like “Saltburn”) unchanged since before the civil war. The trick is to get your hinge profile super dialed in. Good quality photos that show the lifestyle you expect to continue in a relationship. Back home in Florida the best I can do is p…

I agree with the other commenter. Second paragraph is not it. I do okay and if there is ever resistance I back off make it clear I’m fine with no escalation and give her an out. Almost always this leads to not getting any that night (90% of the time) but leads to success on the second date.

True, but being mildly overweight doesn’t really remove you from the dating pool as a man, so they are still competing for the non overweight women.

For someone who doesn’t fish, those pictures don’t come across as “sharing a hobby”. It literally looks like you’re holding a fish the the camera saying “look at this”. People who don’t fish don’t care about that fish you’re holding so it looks strange. I don’t think people would mock a picture of a guy in the process of fishing, that would make more sense. Just holding up a fish to the camera seems weird.
