I made another comment earlier that I worry it is. If this lady is this bad in public I can only imagine how bad she’d be at home. I grew up with a bipolar mother and it was very uncomfortable. I love my mom still, but she’s a huge pain in the ass when she gets triggered by something.

It won’t be with us for years and years like the flu. The flu mutates every year which is why it never really goes away. This will legitimately infect most people at some time as you’ve stated and then it will disappear since we will develop enough of an immunity to prevent it from spreading significantly. If a vaccine comes out then we will develop the herd immunity much quicker and won’t have to worry as much about any potential long term effects like the shingles.

The gap does not exist unless you can’t look at things objectively. Comparing apples to apples proves this is the case at least in western societies. What you are arguing is if we compare apples to oranges and note a difference in size then that’s a clear sign of discrimination by farmers. The farmers are not sexist just like western society is not sexist at least in the majority.

If a woman choose not to have kids and work the same hrs as the average man there is no pay gap. If she chooses to have kids and work less that is not an evil of society and not a problem. She will make less for her sacrifice and that’s fine. I don’t think she should get paid more for the same reason I don’t think stay at home men should get paid more. Are you kidding me? Comparing women who don’t have kids and work the same hours to men without kids who work the same hrs is a great control. That’s how you compare apples to Apples. You can make the argument that more women may work less, but that doesn’t invalidate the apples to apples comparison. This isn’t complex it’s simple. There is no significant female wage discrimination in the United States in 2019.
