Emotions are complex for both males and females, and both sexes have different responses to them. For example, men are more likely to blame external factors, while women are more likely to internalize their emotions and get help. such as therapy and evaluate their emotions. I don't think your looking at women in STEM or in healthcare. 67% to 78% of healthcare is women. STATISTICS! just cuz a job is more physically demanding doesn't mean its more important. you need more education and expierence do be a doctor than to be a construction worker.
