I too am essential, but I do my job and go home on my days off and stay there. I am grateful to have a job and be able to pay my bills unlike many who are affected. My home time has also been filled with projects but I am having a blast doing them. The work is hard and I'm having fun being able to do it without restrictions from anyone. Specialized epic 29er here in the southwest. It's hot as balls already and our trails are bomb. Used to race but sheer Joy is where it's at, it wasn't fun anymore. I have a 1980 Yamaha tt500 in my garage that is going to become a scrambler once I finish landscaping my backyard and remodeling my house. Projects are super important to my sense of purpose and mental clarity, as well as providing the sense of accomplishment at completion. Do a Google search for egg muffin cups or egg white muffin cups... I pick one that sounds good and add chopped cooked bacon or a nice sausage to add some flavor. Sauteed Spinach, bell peppers, onions... Mix in a little cheese if you like. Usually come out to less than 150 cal each and good protein levels. Fyi- buy some silicone cupcake cups off Amazon... Makes cleaning up a breeze and they don't stick to the pan/cup. Good luck!
