'Fanning'. The word you're looking for in order describe the thing I'm not actually doing is 'fanning', you poor embarrassing fool.

If your degree served to make you more confident while making pretty basic semantic errors, then it's certainly not worth more than an "opinion" that serves to correct you of those errors. And that's why it didn't function as a comeback.

That doesn't really function as a comeback.

I've actually been published So's the Beano. what do you think about my other points I've already told you what I think. I'm not going to tell you again, because the last time I did that you turned around and said you already knew, and it was a waste of my time. I only really enjoy doing stuff if it bring something good for myself or other people Yes, me too. In this case, the thing I'm doing which brings good things to myself is making fun of people I think are stupid and pathetic. you're not g…

you're as pedantic as possible man It's possible to be even more pedantic than this. If you feel 100% okay with it, then feel free Already what's happening. The word 'female' is in no way offensive on it's own As I've already said, I'm not offended. continuous implication provided by reddit and the internet that it carries some kind of neckbeard-y connotation If you hear it so much that it's become a thing for you, maybe you might want to take heed. Which, yeah, it probably does, Then you don't …

You need an excuse to make fun of people generally We've already established that I'm not making fun of people generally, I'm making fun of specific people. And no, I'm totally okay with not having an excuse for that. It's not something that requires excusing. In fact, far from excusing it, I celebrate it. I guess this hurts your SJW anti-fun sensibilities, but I'm pretty relaxed about that also. I understood your point Then don't waste my time by asking me to explain it. blacklists entire words…

What's your point? Jesus, that took a long fucking time to get to a relevant question. You could have just asked this and left the diatribe in your head. Anyway, this is probably futile, because if you didn't understand my simple and coherently expressed points the first time around, I don't see why you will now, but since you ask: My initial point was that referring to women as "females" smacks of being involuntary celibate neckbeard. I just have no idea how to dumb that basic point down any mo…

your only response I've responded twice. So there's no "only" response. from that you're making him out to be someone who thinks hes in a gender war I specifically explained why he seems to think that. Just read closer. Get glasses or whatever. Clearly it has nothing to do with the OP.

I'm not in any gender war but you seem to be in one. Check your eyes then. I've said nothing to reasonably make you think that. Also if you're not in a gender war, I wonder why your go to move was to pull some kind of "women do it to" maneuver. What's wrong with that? It smacks strongly of incelism, as I said. offended I never said I was offended. You've added that yourself.

I have no idea what kind of bizarre gender war you consider yourself to be in, but I'm not part of it, so I don't know the answer to your question.

"Females" has to be the most incel neckbearded ways of referring to women.

Aside from anything else, she's right. I don't want to go watch female led action movies. Watching someone with pilates stick arms flip a guy built like a heavyweight boxer through a drywall is just preposterous. An action movie led by DJ Qualls would be fucking ridiculous. There's some exceptions (Fifth Element, Alien series), but for the most part, they're just a bit ridiculous, with the point being to empower women rather than ably entertain me, the audience member. I've got to see some prett…

That's fine for high level sport, but that's going to get expensive for the grass roots, where most people play. I'm not sure how much money there is in fell running, but blood work on everyone seems expensive.

He is not considering the fetus as requiring financial support. Nor am I (not for the sake of the argument, anyway). We're talking about future liability.

if the parents want to have parental rights, they should definitely take financial responsibility for that child. That's a pretty relevant if clause there. You're telling me I can avoid paying child support if I just promise not to assert any parental rights? I don't know what country you're describing, but if that's the status quo where you live, then this conversation is moot. At any point after the child is born either parent can just say "I abstain from my parental rights and responsibilitie…

This doesn't address the question, or mean anything really. Someone has to pay for that kid. Yes, the new adoptive parents will do that. You're saying the following is true: If a woman is pregnant, both parents are liable. However, if the man decides he doesn't want the child, this leaves the woman with 100% control over whether the child is brought to term. 100% control means she should pay 100% of the cost since it's totally her decision to bring the pregnancy to term, and be a parent. But you…

If there is a kid the dad is on the hook. But why should he be if he wants no involvement and the mother has the choice to give it up for adoption?
/r/PussyPassDenied26/01/17 08:37 AM

First off the mother absolutely cannot give the child up for adoption if the father wants to be in the child's life. That has nothing to do with what we're talking about. We're talking about what options the mother has if the father wants no involvement, and whether the presence of some of those options means the father has no financial liability. The contention is that a father should be able to abstain from financial liability if the child is not yet born, since the mother has the option of ge…

You shouldn't be able to opt out once the woman opportunity to have an abortion has passed. But she still has the option to give the child up for adoption. What pertinent difference is there between adoption and abortion in this regard?

I'm aware of what's being said, what I'm asking is how far that logic holds up. What's different about the child being born? The logic presented is the same. The remaining party has the option of ending their financial liability whenever they want, therefore the leaving party has no financial liability. Right? Where does this logic end? Say I damage the nerves in your hand, and I'm financially responsible for your medical bills. You have two options, an expensive reconstructive surgery, or a fre…

Then you aren't really taking that risk than are you because you know that if you get her pregnant, she can get that abortion She can also not get an abortion, so still taking the risk.

I've had plenty of fun random sex, and every time I did I was exposing myself to the vague possibility that I would end up being responsible for a child. Not because I ruined the moment and had some big long deliberation while the naked chick was laying there, but because no matter how much thought I gave it (which in my teen years was none) the fact remains that I am responsible for the consequences of my actions, and I know that having sex can lead to a person being created. It's like you're s…

People who are no where near ready to have children fuck all the time. This just has nothing to with anything. People who are no where near ready to go to prison commit crimes all the time, for example. The fact that you didn't think your actions through doesn't mean you're not responsible for them. A lack of forethought doesn't release you from liability. Did you ever get laid in your teen years? Yes. Do you wait until you've fully discussed it with the women you're with before having sex? No. …

So if you're single and you're out at a bar and you an attractive women wants to take you home for a ONS, you decline because you wouldn't risk having an 18 year responsibility? Yes, or I do it with a full understanding and acceptance of the risks. In other words, the same process by which I make any decision ever. It'll probably go one way, but it might just go another, and if it does, I'm an adult who is responsible for the choice he made. Do you simply never have sex without first knowing tha…

Do you mean if abortion is not an option? No, I'm not talking about abortion at all. I'm asking about if two people undertake a course of action that will lead to them bearing financial responsibility for a child, and then one of them decides, I dunno 5 years in, "I'm not up for this anymore", and walks. The remaining person has an option to just adopt out the kid - it's a choice, it's an option - therefore, the leaving parent owes the remaining parent nothing for the upbringing of the child, si…

What about where adoption is an option? Can I walk out on my partner and child and say "I'm not paying to support the person I created, because you have the option of giving the child up for adoption"?
/r/PussyPassDenied26/01/17 04:32 AM
2

Where does that logic end? What if a couple are trying for a baby, the woman gets pregnant, and they're in full agreement to raise the child together up until, say, it's 2nd birthday, at which point one of the parents says to the other "I want to give the child up for adoption. If you choose not to, fine that's up to you, but my responsibility here is done, because it's your choice to keep the child, and therefore my previous act of volition in creating this situation is irrelevant"?

The other way of looking at it is that unprotected sex leads to pregnancy. That's what sex is for. By having sex, both the man and the woman have accepted the possibility of bringing a pregnancy to term already.
