Yes! I hate saying that beauty is on the inside, cause it sounds so cliche and disingenuous, but 99% of my attraction to someone is based on their personality. Obviously I have preferences, but I can't think of any physical traits that are a dealbreaker on their own except for ones that reflect on personality. Unkempt facial hair, obesity, dirty body/clothing, dressing like a 12 year old, weird facial expressions/mannerisms, and bad tattoos are all repulsive, and immediately signal to me that I'…

Ha, this reminds me of the one time I paid for Bumble so I could see all my likes, and it was almost every single guy on the app. Men swipe right on every profile, then decide if they're actually interested once a match pops up. Likes on Tinder are unfortunately not indicative of anything. My advice would be to ride out the end of the pandemic (I don't know where you are, but where I am things are going to start opening up again soon) and then start meeting people in person. If you're questionin…

Especially if before him you were proud of being selfless, kind, understanding, or hard working. He will zone in on this and amplify it. Pretty soon you’ll start internalising HIS definition of these traits and looking for external validation. Ugh, this resonated with me so strongly. Those were such important personality traits that my LV ex used to manipulate me, and after our inevitable breakup (obv he was cheating) I put a lot of effort into rewriting myself to be more cold and standoffish. A…

Yes, I needed this episode right now! I'm on an OLD hiatus right now, but when I was on Tinder and Bumble, I didn't even look for attractive traits in the men on there. Literally all I looked for were profiles with no red flags/dealbreakers, and let me tell you, I swiped right on barely anyone. My standards at the time were basically underground (past Apricot would swipe right on dudes who had shitty traits that she thought she could live with, RIP you sweet dumb baby) and still most guys straig…

I've been on-and-off lurking this sub for awhile, and I just discovered this podcast the other day. These ladies unapologetically snarking in my ear has been the wind beneath my wings (I definitely find myself saying "yes!" at least once per episode). I want 100 episodes. I want the word scrote to be my text notification. I want to distill these episodes into a liquid so I can bathe in it. Thank you so much for this lovely podcast <3

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
