I don't really understand what grievances women in America still have. If you are from the West and still have major grievances, you should get your head checked. Women here have an enormous amount of freedom and legal protection. Men are more likely to be victims of violent crime. You can always say no to an unwanted advance, and whether an advance is considered “unwanted” often depends on the looks, status, or money of the person making it. At this point, it feels like women just want all aver…

I generally don't have much of a standard when it comes to casual sex. I have honestly hooked up with a few women whom I would publicly deny knowing just to save face, that's how bad they were. When it comes to marriage, however, I am very picky and have extremely high standards. Most men are in a similar boat because of the crazy modern dating market. So you need to understand exactly what you are signing up for.

Lol, I hope women don’t think this is serious. Just running this claim through any AI bot for a reality check should make it obvious that there is no realistic timeline for this technology. I hope they wouldn’t throw away the purpose their ancestors endured generations of hardship to fulfill, to create life, carry humanity forward, and discover the answers that define what it means to be human. This research should be the least of the priorities for human civilization, yet somehow, with all the …

Young women must seriously think about what they are doing. They are headed on a rocket ship to extinction. It’s a very sad thing that their ancestors survived famines, wars, disease, and whatnot to get here, only for their daughters to defeat their purpose in life.

Feminists will appreciate this. No matter how undesirable a man is, he is still a man at the end of the day. He will revolt like never before and would rather die fighting this than suffer under it.

Male virginity is generally not valued in the same way as female virginity when it comes to choosing a long-term partner.

So…the “problem” that needs solving is that western women can no longer be as easily financially coerced into having sex they don’t want with men they don’t want? No, the problem that needs solving is unrealistic female dating standards. Women need to recalibrate their standards. Men will always perform for a reasonable standard. Do you even hear yourself? Guess you’re going full “mask off” huh? Aren’t you at least a little bit ashamed of yourself? No, I am not ashamed to call it as I see it. I …

Gotcha, there are no guarantees in life but given a choice I will always bet on the virgin woman.
/r/PurplePillDebate16/08/26 11:32 PM

No, the decline in fertility rate, in my opinion, is largely due to feminism. We can compare it with Pakistan, which has a much worse standard of living but has a much higher birth rate. The concept of feminism is difficult to survive in an Islamic country like Pakistan.

Lol, I’m guessing your cousin wasn’t a virgin when she got married. That actually reinforces my stance that men shouldn’t be virgins when entering marriage. In my opinion, having no sexual experience can cloud their judgment and make it harder for them to make a rational decision about their partner.

The reasons might be religious or non-religious, it doesn’t really matter. To me, if a woman has saved herself for her husband, it shows that she values marriage highly and would likely be a good partner. The point is that religious women may be more likely to screen men based on their past sexual experiences, but all men screen women based on their past sexual experiences to some extent. The way they screen for it is different, and their standards can vary independently. For some men, having an…

Firstly, before discussing solutions, we need to address the root cause of the problem. The problem I’m discussing is largely specific to the United States. Women no longer need men in the same way they historically did. They are able to earn enough to live a comfortable life without relying on a man to financially support them. As a result, their dating preferences have shot up significantly. The average man has become largely invisible to them. You can see this clearly on dating apps, which ha…

This ^^ As a man it is simple to know what most women want.

I think the survey you’re quoting is from 2024. I bet the numbers have gotten worse, given that the trend has been consistently negative. They are likely to get even worse in the future. There will be some point in the future when men will revolt unless there are meaningful changes.

No, I think one month of wedding planning is reasonable. I think the most important thing is not feeling like you’re being strung along or kept around as an option.

Moving in before or after marriage? I don't really care, that's the woman's decision. Yes, I believe that the things you discover after living together are, to a large extent, fixable. In my opinion, if a woman still isn't ready after six months, that's generally a red flag. It usually means you don't fully meet her standards, but you're still a good enough option to keep around. I won't entertain that. Everything about me can be known within a couple of days, and six months should be more than …

I think communication and expressing your needs are important. I’d bet that, a woman who has remained a virgin specifically for marriage is more likely to do what it takes to work through difficulties and preserve the marriage.

When I’m ready to marry, generally meaning I’m happy with where I am financially and physically and feel I can attract the best possible partner, I’d marry a woman who meets my standards fairly quickly, probably within six months, because I’d know I’m unlikely to find someone better. Sexual compatibility isn’t necessarily my most important criterion. I’m more than willing to communicate and work through our needs together. What matters more to me is whether she is aligned with my values and visi…

But here is a small difference you are missing. Men will say "YES" for everything.

Not necessarily wait until marriage, but I would say save it for someone you’re serious about and could see yourself marrying. There are men who will just pump and dump, so it’s important for women to be careful. One way to protect yourself from that is to avoid having sex before marriage.

Losing virginity is more significant for men, but being a virgin isn't important for a man to get married. For example, if all women collectively agreed tomorrow that they wouldn't have children with non-virgin men, men would remain virgins too. But in reality, women generally don't care about a man's virginity.

No. I don't really care about female virginity if it's for casual sex, but I do when it comes to marriage. When I marry, I'm risking a significant portion of my future by placing a bet on my partner. I want to see characteristics that suggest she's worth that risk. One such characteristic is virginity. Knowing she had countless opportunities to lose it but chose to save it for marriage suggests to me that she understands the value of commitment and may be less likely to jeopardize our future tog…

Yes, it is more emotionally significant for men. It can be seen as an achievement.

If 90% of the men are not getting laid and cant complain what are they supposed to do. It can only get violent from here you know what i mean.
/r/PurplePillDebate16/08/26 04:25 PM

I don't agree with everything the post says, but female hypergamy at this scale is partly tied to feminism and changing gender roles. Women don't need men financially like they used to, while men may question what they're working toward if a family feels out of reach. Women find 80% of the men unattractive. At the same time, birth rates are collapsing despite women having more freedom and opportunities than ever. Feminism isn't the only factor, but pretending these changes have nothing to do wit…

There is a significant difference. For a woman, losing her virginity generally requires choosing to say yes. For a man, wanting to lose his virginity isn't enough. He first needs a woman to choose him and say yes. So the barriers to virginity can be fundamentally different for men and women.
