42m Women 34 keep matching with me online.... I have no idea what I'm doing. Other than the fact I've recently grown a beard lol. And I have asked many of them "Why are you reaching out? I'm older than you?" And they have stated they like older men......🤷‍♂️

My friends and family keep saying karma is going to set things right. I truly hope that is true - however I know that I need to forget that idea altogether because most likely I will I ever know if it does

I previously sent her a full scorched-earth message where I told her exactly what I thought of her. I have a heavy bag in my basement and I used to shoot as a hobby often. Those are great ideas. I go and stack plates at the gym and then I think about her face and I push weight!

she is dismissive avoidant (due to her mother being a self cantered, self involved arrogant narcissist) I know she was bullied in school, and she was married to a child abusing rapist RCMP police officer for 20 years who suffered from major depressive disorder, BPD, malignant narcissism, and who sounds like a sociopath….. I know all of this! Her dysfunction, fractured moral compass and emotional ineptness is a product of her past. I may not be a Rhodes scholar, but I’m not completely ignorant. M…

What my ex did was the straw that broke the camels back… this has made me very dark inside. I feel no compassion, no empathy of any kind for her. I do not wish her well in any way. I know one day I will be able to forgive her

No, only Zoloft. Ketamine is far more effective than any anti depressant, I need to reevaluate today how I am integrating healthy mindful practice into my life post ketamine as this will help a lot

I’m very sorry and I hope you can find peace. I lose sight of how lucky I am because I’m consumed with anger. I forget I do not have this witch in my life anymore and just how great that is

We don’t have contact, she is not in anyway in my life. My last message was full scorched earth - I didn’t this while being triggered by the thoughts of what she did, and I felt it may actually give me closure…. It did help quite a bit, but I’m still not moving forward. I am really disappointed and feel defeated. I honestly want to be done with this.

The point you are making is true, however, what you and most others lose sight of is the fact that the author clearly has betrayal trauma! Something people who have not experienced are completely ignorant to. This changes the dynamic of the grief process and it is not possible some self righteous “stoic” stance, it is not possible! Grieving and healing is 1000 fucking times harder when betrayal trauma is involved Hate is the opposite of love when you have a knife shoved into your back OP, look u…

Enemy, this is exactly how I feel. At one point I would’ve given her my lung or my kidney and now I hate her so bad she is my enemy.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
