That's where you're wrong. It's hers. It's her house. He bought it for her. You can't just buy stuff for people then destroy it. That's the fucking law. There is no law against cheating. I'm not saying her cheating is justified. I'm saying you can't destroy someone's property (and not expect to get charged). You have no idea what he did in the relationship either.
