Sure, it's irrelevant to the thread. I think the surgery is extreme. Apparently they have to provide photo's for job applications, and the system benefits people that have very specific looks. Double eye lids, v jaw ect. would feel like genetic russian roulette there. Is your partner legit good looking, will you have to pay for surgery on the ugly off spring.
