Do you every use your ability to speak French to pickup girls? My mother is from France so I know a good amount of French. Whenever people find out about this it seems they find it to be very interesting for brief moment and then promptly stop caring about it.

Some Exercises such as upright rows will give rounded shoulders because it works out your deltoids but it doesn't strengthen your rotator cuffs so it causes an imbalance that gives you rounded shoulders.

Do you know how much value a tall person has over a short person? Studies have shown that if two men with exact resumes try to a job the taller man will always get the job. Having bad posture basically makes you appear shorter than you actually are and greatly diminishes your value, but luckily posture is something that can be easily corrected.

What you describe doesn't sound like oneitis. Oneitis is when you have feelings for a girl but she does not share these feelings with you. You end up chasing after this girl for weeks, months, and sometimes years. In your situation it sounds like you recently met a girl that you like and she sounds like she likes you too. This is what I put in the message: "Are you doing anything Saturday". If she said no I would ask to go to the park or something and ask figure it out on the phone. I thought it was pretty clear that I wanted to spend time with her. Also the last time I talked to her was at my graduation more than a week ago, and I told her I wanted to "stay in touch after high school". The reason I took a week to ask her out is because I've been out of town for the past couple days.

Allot of the posts on seddit on how to be Alpha say that Alphas always keep their cool, and never get angry or defensive. The way I see it letting some insult or disrespect you and not standing up yourself is one of the most beta things a man can do. I understand how being angry for no reason would be beta, but sometimes you need to defend the things you believe in life.
