What’s the best way, or your way, of “people-watching” that doesn’t put off creepy vibes?

On what planet do we have to constantly reassure people we like something when criticizing it? I am severely critical of the American government but I don’t hate the American government and it would be absurd to ask me to state my love of country before criticizing it. You’re literally arguing for secular blasphemy tests. I feel like I’m talking to an evangelical
/r/seduction24/10/19 06:02 PM

Of course I will recognize them, I read all the prominent feminists. Hence why I know you don’t have an answer. If I posted about false accusations on twoxx what do you think the response would be? I got banned there for telling a woman getting heckled at a comedy show isn’t harassment.
/r/seduction24/10/19 05:56 PM

Okay then what is commonly known today as feminism is actually a women’s interest group rather than an equality-focused organization
/r/seduction24/10/19 05:54 PM

You: “not all feminists are like that” Me: “name one” You: “...”
/r/seduction24/10/19 05:48 PM
1

You’re trying to stifle criticism of me too. Me too has a body count, whether you like it or not. And it’s a gender war because you and your fellow feminists have made it one explicitly.
/r/seduction24/10/19 05:48 PM
1

You can’t name a single one. Because you know that no feminist cares. I’m an egalitarian, not a feminist. I hold men and women to the same standards and I have equal sympathy. You on the other hand are a partisan of a single gender
/r/seduction24/10/19 05:46 PM
1

I’ll also be waiting on a reply to this for forever because he-she has no response. He-she knows full well that feminists don’t give a rats ass
/r/seduction24/10/19 05:42 PM

You’re also obviously a woman
/r/seduction24/10/19 05:40 PM

Again, when you get falsely accused, remember this. And all the dudes you threw down the drain in an attempt to get pussy
/r/seduction24/10/19 05:39 PM

Name one. Don’t have to formulate anything. Name one single case.
/r/seduction24/10/19 05:38 PM

They absolutely are. Have you seen one prominent feminist speak out about any false accusations?? Like even a single one? Feminists are absolutely all like this. They’ve tarnished the name.
/r/seduction24/10/19 05:34 PM

I didn’t mean legitimate victims. I mean feminists and people like you. You should be mad at feminists, not men who rightfully complain about the huge problems metoo is creating. Women do not speak up about false accusations, no. They do not speak up. And fucking hilarious that you go off about generalizations and then end with “men never listen” the oldest most tired gender trope there is. No, men listen, we’re just not 100% deferential to everything that’s being said. I’ll listen to anyone, I …
/r/seduction24/10/19 05:33 PM

See I think you’re totally wrong there. Most feminists are man-hating precisely because they’re attracted to men — part of their anger is directed inwards, at themselves. You’re also giving them too much credit with foresight. I think most top level feminists have no idea men will stop hitting on them or whatever and are going to be all pissy about it when it happens. They legitimately think human relations are that simple. For example, the few Wall Street journal articles I’ve read about compan…
/r/seduction24/10/19 05:30 PM

No it doesn’t. And I of course wouldn’t blame that guy. I would however correct him if his claim was that his action had no effect on the world. It of course isn’t the victims’ fault. The people you should be mad at are the “believe all women” feminists
/r/seduction24/10/19 05:24 PM
1

Then they may want to speak out more forcefully against false accusations then. Because they don’t care. No feminist really does. As a sympathetic guy it just puts me off entirely. I’m not gonna go along with a movement that wants my destruction. Not to mention that it’s a female-focused group that excludes the countless male victims of childhood sex abuse for instance

You’re right — I guess I was just pointing out that they will start complaining about the culture shift early on, we won’t have to wait decades lol. But you’re 100% right that it has deterred genuinely nice men from hitting on women to their detriment
/r/seduction24/10/19 05:17 PM
1

I would also add that it’s not always pure malice that drives false accusations — it can be a complex mix of guilt/social consequences/etc.. For example my friend was falsely accused because the girl he got caught hooking up with was going to be kicked out of the navy with a dishonorable discharge (for being in a male-only barracks or something) and obviously wanted to avoid something that could potentially ruin her life. I can sympathize with being put in that position. She wasn’t necessarily t…

I see that you’re trying to meet me halfway here and I will try to explain what I mean by how trashing the movement (really only parts of the movement, not the whole movement) doesn’t necessarily disrespect the victims. My understanding is that the legitimate victims that have received recognition of their victimization are not necessarily identifying with the metoo movement so much as finally getting a chance to fight back against a very wrongful thing that was done to them. I guess the differe…

I personally disagree. Women love to have their cake and eat it too. What they want is a world where men are bold enough to risk a false rape accusation but they can still destroy any man they want. They want their cake to have and to eat.
/r/seduction24/10/19 04:54 PM
1

No you are not. I can fully recognize a legitimate claim while trashing parts of the movement. And yes it is because of the metoo movement. The nature of sex assault is such that believing more women will inevitably lead to more innocent men being victimized than if we maintained the presumption of innocence. You may think this is a good thing but you can’t deny the basic dynamic at play here.
/r/seduction24/10/19 04:52 PM
1

No you haven’t. Before October 2017 people wouldn’t just blindly believe any and all sex assault accusations. Now they will. All you have to do, honey, is say some guy made you uncomfortable and you can get him fired, ruin his reputation etc...
/r/seduction24/10/19 04:50 PM

How not? You literally said pointing out that there are innocent victims of MeToo disrespects the legitimate cases
/r/seduction24/10/19 04:48 PM

How can you control getting falsely accused?
/r/seduction24/10/19 04:48 PM

I can’t wait for the tide to turn and women start complaining about how men show no interest to them at work
/r/seduction24/10/19 04:46 PM
2

You can’t be casual about it frankly. I am not trying to get accused of anything by anyone at my company so I absolutely will not ask any woman out that I work with, even ones that are very clearly flirting with me. Frankly I’d probably turn you down anyways just to be safe. Move on to a different guy
/r/seduction24/10/19 04:44 PM
1

Whether you like it or not MeToo has victimized innocent men. It’s addressed far more legitimate cases but there are plenty of innocent men who have been absolutely fucked. Who would want to risk a misinterpretation in this environment?
/r/seduction24/10/19 04:42 PM
1

Humans are animals honey. You can pretend you’re not but you are. So am I. And yes you can absolutely be accused for being unsmooth.
/r/seduction24/10/19 04:40 PM
1

Some women are being unreasonable. And they absolutely have the power to destroy you now.
/r/seduction24/10/19 04:39 PM
1

No you fucking aren’t. That’s like saying shitting on wrongful convictions disrespects all the victims of legitimate crimes.
/r/seduction24/10/19 04:38 PM

Have fun getting falsely accused dipshit.
/r/seduction24/10/19 04:37 PM

I see. I didn’t have a particular girl in mind but it sounds like the best option is to let any situations like that die.
/r/seduction17/10/19 08:21 PM

Question: as a woman, when you clam up, you know the guy is going to read that as disinterested. Do you ever circle back to find the guy or is that a dead end?

Totally understandable. Just curious. Thanks for the input!

Hmm I guess my understanding sort of depends on what you consider day-to-day environs. I would’ve guessed yoga would be a part of that but I’m clueless

Can you give us a bit more on how that worked out? Like what was your approach strategy for picking her up and how did it work?

This sounds like a good mindset for any activity that doesn’t immediately bear fruit hookups wise: use it as practice

Sorry, where do you like to be hit on/approached (if anywhere)

Yeah this is the big issue with yoga. Expensive as fuck. I guess all the hot white women have people paying for them?

This seems to be a fundamental issue with all dating advice related to hobbies. It seems like tons of women use their hobbies specifically as me time or as time to avoid romance-related stuff. Might I ask, where do you like getting picked up?
/r/seduction16/10/19 03:11 PM

Fuck, I was hoping yoga would be a primo spot. What kind of studio are you at? Do you think other studios may have a more social vibe (for lack of a better word)?

No, he’s right. The only girls for whom the note would theoretically work for are the type that don’t want to be hit on at work at all. So no dice there. And it really won’t work on the type of women who do want to be hit on at work — they need a bolder display than a note. And if you talked to a woman like a person you’d actually talk to them in person rather than sending a note. If you liked a male barista’s shirt, would you tell him that directly or write him a note? What you’re actually doin…

Incels make up a small fraction of men. Those are the only people who talk about chads at all. It doesn’t make any sense. Men aren’t looking to tie down one woman. So competition with other men is totally insignificant. Women are looking for long term partners and thus are much more concerned about preventing others from capturing “their” man.
/r/PurplePillDebate11/09/19 09:38 PM
1

Yes, rich successful cool men often date younger women. It’s the older women, like OP says, that are trying to paint the older men as socially awkward losers.
/r/PurplePillDebate11/09/19 09:20 PM
1

I get that you’re more obsessed with evening out the score between men and women than actually arriving at the truth of the matter. And women are notorious for this. I mean there’s a whole subreddit devoted to the insanity of mother in laws, who act insane from jealously of their own son’s potential mate. Guys are crazy in their own way. One of the ways women are crazy is their jealousy of romantic competitors. It’s simple biology
/r/PurplePillDebate11/09/19 09:19 PM
1

Because your original point was that men do it too, at the same frequency, and thus OP’s theory is false. In fact, the frequencies are not even close. Most women do this and only some men. So explanation is still needed.
/r/PurplePillDebate11/09/19 08:46 PM
1

Yes and my point is that a greater proportion of women do this type of shaming. There are similar types of behavior but not similar frequency.

Not give a shit. Frankly the dude’s boss is far more likely to be with a younger woman and/or on his 2nd or 3rd marriage. And the dude’s father is very unlikely to care. If anything, he’ll be proud. Men view these types of relationships very differently.
/r/PurplePillDebate11/09/19 06:36 PM

(1) okay, but then the idea that it’s more exploitative is based in the idea that men are stronger and more savvy then women are. As in, an older man is saavier than an older woman (who isn’t even saavy enough to exploit a younger man) and younger women are less saavy than younger men. So by your logic women are either stupid or prejudiced. (2) and the point isn’t that 10% is common. It’s that 10% prefer 10*+ years alone, and another 40/50% prefers at least 5 years. So women, as a general rule, …

This is just a fancy way of saying he’ll look weird with a younger woman. But he only looks weird to old women like you — as a young man anytime I see an older guy with a younger girl I want to give him a high five
/r/PurplePillDebate11/09/19 06:16 PM
1

Okay but these are all personal preferences. You’re not articulating any clear harm, other than that the couple wouldn’t be a great match. But lots of people date mismatches, and none of them get called creepy pervert losers like older men do. Unless it causes real exploitation and harm, there’s no reason to demonize it. If you feel like demonizing people because they don’t fit your preferences, I hear the Westboro Baptist Church is hiring
/r/PurplePillDebate11/09/19 06:14 PM

No, she’s competing with other 35 year old women for 40-45 year old men. Leo DiCaprio is often used as an example of men who date way below their age. Bradley cooper got shit for dating a 22 year old.
/r/PurplePillDebate11/09/19 06:10 PM
4

You rarely see 22 year olds with 32 year olds? It’s not uncommon. And it doesn’t matter how you perceive the older woman’s messaging, the point is her motive. Of course the older woman doesn’t come out and say “you, hot little thing, quit stealing my man”
/r/PurplePillDebate11/09/19 06:07 PM
1

Go on twitter and search leo DiCaprio and you’ll find thousands of women yelling about him dating 22 year olds. There are shitloads of non-mothers opposed to these couplings
/r/PurplePillDebate11/09/19 06:03 PM

Yes and I’m saying you can’t make any analogy because there are very few single men with a strong incentive to shit talk other single men because they aren’t fighting over a limited resource like women are for men.
/r/PurplePillDebate11/09/19 06:01 PM

(1) maybe that explains the disparity, but that paints women in a terrible light — basically, they think exploitation of men by women doesn’t matter, all that matters is male exploitation of women. Yikes. (2) okay, 10 year+ are less common, but not uncommon. And so, if the average is 5+ years, and 10+ years isn’t uncommon, I’d say that most women do in fact want older men. And even if you were talking about 10+age gaps, I’ve seen plenty of criticism of 5 years age gaps. There’s a big post on r/r…
/r/PurplePillDebate11/09/19 05:58 PM

I think you’re onto something, but I’d actually adjust the age range of the “concerned” women. In my experience, it is the 28-35 crowd that is most vigorously vocal about age-gap relationships.
/r/PurplePillDebate11/09/19 05:39 PM

I like how any non-successful relationship between an older man and younger women is characterized as the man just using the younger woman for sex. What if they just weren’t compatible? This also paints all young women in the same light. Plenty of young women are comfortable with casual sex and aren’t grade-a clingers like you
/r/PurplePillDebate11/09/19 05:37 PM

False analogy. Men have a biological drive for multiple partners, whereas women need to “lock down” a man so to speak. Guys have no incentive to turn women against one another in the way women do.
/r/PurplePillDebate11/09/19 05:34 PM
1

Then why is there absolutely no reaction to an older woman dating a younger man? If the true concern was exploitation, one would expect it to be gender neutral. Instead, it’s entirely uni-directional — it’s exclusively older women yelling about older men dating younger women. And in my experience a 4-5 year age gap (older man and younger woman) seems to be standard across age groups. Idk who you associate with, obviously, but if you’re a group of women that dates exclusively same-age then you’re…
