You are agreeing with this decision you just don't realise it. The funding is going to charities which offer services to both genders, these services are segrated for the exact reason you state and the same charity can run multiple locations servicing different groups. This money will all be used to help people in need it will just be utilised by charities that understand that abused people need support regardless of gender identity

I'm sorry but this take is wrong. It's near impossible to find a Dr that will perform this surgery and the reasons given are pretty much as the lady says. It's not a matter of law but Drs ethics, the ability to have children is seen as one that is fundamental to human life and Drs won't intentional interfere with that (vasectomies are reversible so that different) . Even in the UK where I'm from its near impossible to get this surgery, NHS or private funded.

The complainant will only need to hand over such data if the accused alleges their is evidence to support thier case in the complainants phone. In the case in my OP the complainant had discussed with friends her plan to make a false allegation because the accused would not start a long term relationship which she wanted.
